Abstract: A method for predicting a martensitic transformation rate and a method for setting processing conditions capable of improving the accuracy of a prediction of a martensitic transformation rate when a steel material is subjected to deformation processing as well as to heat treatment are provided. A method for predicting a martensitic transformation rate according to an embodiment includes predicting a rate of a transformation to a martensitic phase that appears when a steel material is subjected to deformation processing as well as to heat treatment in which a temperature of the steel material is changed, in which a martensitic transformation rate Vm is calculated by using a prediction formula, the method further including identifying parameters m and n of the prediction formula, and calculating the martensitic transformation rate at a predetermined temperature and a predetermined strain rate by using the prediction formula into which the identified parameters are substituted.

Abstract: A control device of a hydrogen gas burner device sets a target flow rate of a hydrogen gas such that a flow rate of the hydrogen gas decreases as a temperature of the hydrogen gas becomes higher, based on the temperature of the hydrogen gas and a needed quantity of heat of the hydrogen gas during the combustion, sets a target flow speed such that the flow speed of the hydrogen gas released from a combustion nozzle via a flow speed regulator becomes a flow speed based on the target flow rate and the flow speed of the hydrogen gas increases as a value of the target flow rate decreases, controls the flow rate regulator such that the flow rate of the hydrogen gas reaches the target flow rate, and controls the flow speed regulator such that the flow speed of the hydrogen gas reaches the target flow speed.

Abstract: A hydrogen gas burner structure includes a first cylinder tube, a second cylinder tube, a third cylinder tube, and an ignition device. A space between the second cylinder tube and the third cylinder tube is configured such that a second combustion-supporting gas containing oxygen gas flows. The ignition device is configured to ignite mixed gas. The tip of the first cylinder tube is located upstream of the tips of the second and third cylinder tubes in a gas flow direction in which the hydrogen gas and the first combustion-supporting gas and the second combustion-supporting gas flow.
