Abstract: A management support apparatus includes a communication interface configured to communicate with a terminal apparatus of a manager, and a controller configured to acquire, as profile data, data read from a medium held by each user when each user gets on a vehicle to be operated with multiple users on board to a factory, identify, based on the acquired profile data, that each user has already been on board, upon detecting a user who has not been on board among users scheduled to get on the vehicle, generate proposal data with reference to process data indicating a process of which the detected user is scheduled to be in charge in the factory, the proposal data proposing a schedule change for the process, and transmit the generated proposal data to the terminal apparatus of the manager via the communication interface.
