    Abstract: A server that manages each of a plurality of vehicles includes a processor. The processor is configured to communicate with each of the vehicles, a first maintenance location, and a second maintenance location. Each of the vehicles includes a vehicle body and an on-board control device attached to the vehicle body. The first maintenance location is a location where maintenance of the vehicle body is able to be performed. The second maintenance location is a location where maintenance of the on-board control device is able to be performed. The processor is configured to acquire state information on a state of each of the vehicles. The processor is configured to decide assignment of maintenance of the vehicle to either or both of the first maintenance location and the second maintenance location, based on the state information.

    Abstract: A heat transfer apparatus includes: an evaporating portion that evaporates a working medium by heat of an exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine; a condensing portion that condenses the working medium having been evaporated; a circulation path portion that causes the working medium to circulate between the evaporating portion and the condensing portion; a heat storage member that is provided within the evaporating portion; and a supplying and collecting portion that supplies the working medium to the evaporating portion when the internal combustion engine starts, and that collects the working medium having been condensed when the internal combustion engine stops such that the working medium having been condensed does not contact with the heat storage member.

The autonomous driving kit is configured to transmit a wake command to the vehicle platform requesting transition of the power mode of the vehicle platform to the wake mode.     Abstract: A vehicle control interface includes: a memory in which a program including a predetermined API defined for each of signals is stored; and a processor configured to perform interfacing between an autonomous driving system and a vehicle platform by executing the program. The vehicle platform is configured to be activated in response to one of a first and second activation commands. The first activation command is a command transmitted from the autonomous driving system to the vehicle platform via the vehicle control interface. The second activation command being a command in response to a manual operation on the vehicle platform. The processor is configured to, when the vehicle platform is activated in response to the first activation command, reduce effectiveness of the manual operation on the vehicle platform compared to when the vehicle platform is activated in response to the second activation command.
