Abstract: A vehicle control apparatus executes a driving force limiting control when a mistaken operation condition is satisfied. The vehicle control apparatus determines that the mistaken operation condition is satisfied when a third condition is satisfied at a point in time when a second condition becomes satisfied, determines that the mistaken operation condition is not satisfied when the third condition is not satisfied at a point in time when the second condition becomes satisfied, the third condition becomes satisfied within a first time threshold since a first condition becomes satisfied, and a pressing condition is satisfied before the third condition becomes satisfied, and determines that the pressing condition is satisfied when an operation amount of an acceleration operator is greater than or equal to a positive second operation amount threshold, and an operation speed of the acceleration operator is greater than or equal to a positive second operation speed threshold.

Abstract: A driving assistance device includes: a radar provided in a rear portion of an own vehicle, and which transmits a radio wave to a predetermined detection region directed toward a rear side and a lateral side of the own vehicle, receives the radio wave reflected in the detection region, and detects a target around the own vehicle based on the received radio wave; a control device which executes driving assistance control including at least one of alert directed to a driver or braking of the own vehicle when a target is detected by the radar device; and a door opening detection device which detects whether a predetermined door, which possibly enters the detection region when the door is opened, is opened among doors of the own vehicle. The control device suppresses the driving assistance control when the opening of the door is detected by the door opening detection device.

Abstract: A driving assistance apparatus makes a drive force of a vehicle equal to an erroneous operation coping drive force which is smaller than an ordinary drive force in a period from a satisfaction of an erroneous operation start condition which is satisfied when an accelerator pedal is operated erroneously to a satisfaction of an erroneous operation end condition which is satisfied when the erroneous operation has ended. The erroneous operation coping drive force is set to a first drive force if the erroneous operation start condition becomes satisfied after a reoperation determination time point at which a time threshold elapses from when the erroneous operation end condition became last satisfied. Meanwhile, the erroneous operation coping drive force is set to a second drive force which is greater than the first drive force if the erroneous operation start condition becomes satisfied before the reoperation determination time point.

Abstract: Provided is a control apparatus for a vehicle configured to execute driving force suppression control when a predetermined erroneous operation condition is satisfied, the erroneous operation condition being satisfied when a first condition including at least an operation velocity condition is satisfied and a second condition is satisfied, the operation velocity condition being satisfied when an operation velocity which is an amount of change in an operation amount of an accelerator operation element per unit time is equal to or higher than an operation velocity threshold, and the second condition being satisfied when the operation amount becomes equal to or larger than a first operation amount threshold within a first time threshold from a time point at which the first condition is satisfied.
