    摘要: An impact absorbing portion and a bumper reinforcement are formed in one piece, so an intermediate member for connecting the impact absorbing portion to the bumper reinforcement is no longer necessary. Therefore, the generation of stress concentration is able to be inhibited. As a result, load transmission efficiency with which a load is transmitted from the bumper reinforcement to the impact absorbing portion is able to be improved.

    摘要: An up-drawing continuous casting apparatus according to one aspect of the present invention is an up-drawing continuous casting apparatus including a molten metal holding furnace (101) configured to hold molten metal (M1) therein, and a shape determining member (102) placed on a molten metal surface of the molten metal (M1) and configured to determine a sectional shape of a casting (M3) to be casted when retained molten metal (M2) led out from the molten metal surface passes through the shape determining member (102). The shape determining member (102) includes inner shape determining plates (1041, 1042) connectable to each other, and an inner shape determining plate (1043) serving as a connecting member configured to connect the inner shape determining plates (1041, 1042) to each other.

    摘要: An up-drawing continuous casting apparatus includes a holding furnace that holds molten metal, a shape determining member that is arranged near a molten metal surface of the molten metal held in the holding furnace, and that determines a sectional shape of a casting by the molten metal passing through the shape determining member, and a cooling portion that cools the molten metal that has passed through the shape determining member. The shape determining member includes, on a main surface on the molten metal surface side, at least one of a protruding portion that protrudes from the main surface, or a recessed portion that is recessed from the main surface.
