摘要: In order to prevent a reduction in workability when inserting an insulator, the insulator is to be disposed between a stacked body having a cell stack including a plurality of stacked unit cells and an end member to be disposed outward from the cell stack in stacking directions of the plurality of unit cells, and a covering to be disposed so as to separate in a perpendicular direction to the stacking directions from a side face of the stacked body parallel to the stacking directions. In a state where an end portion of the end member in the perpendicular direction is closer to the covering than an end portion of the cell stack in the perpendicular direction, and the insulator is disposed between the stacked body and the covering, the insulator includes a planar portion for covering at least a part of the side face, and a protruded portion disposed in the planar portion and protruded toward one or more unit cells near the end member among the plurality of unit cells constituting the cell stack.

摘要: In order to improve a power density of a fuel cell and prevent a generation of a poor insulation, an insulator is provided, which is disposed between a current collector disposed in contact with one end of a stacked body having a plurality of stacked unit cells in stacking directions, and an end member disposed outside from the current collector in the stacking directions, and includes a plurality of insulator members, each having a sheet-like planar portion. The plurality of insulator members which are stacked onto each other by the planar portions thereof are disposed oppose to the current collector.

摘要: A fuel cell stack 100 includes a fuel cell stack 10, and an end plate 30 placed at an end of the fuel cell stack 10. The end plate 30 includes a metallic plate-like body 32, and a resin layer 60 formed on a surface 32b of the plate-like body 32. The plate-like body 32 includes flow holes 39 for a reactant gas and a cooling medium, and a stripe-shaped protrusion 38 protruding from the surface 32b and which divides the surface 32b into an inner area containing the flow holes 39 and an outer area outside the inner area. The protrusion 38 includes a vertical portion 38a protruding from the surface 32b, and a jutted portion 38b jutted from a distal end of the vertical portion 38a toward the inner area. The resin layer 60 is formed in the inner area to cover a surface 38as of the vertical portion 38a facing the inner area as well as at least part of the jutted portion 38b.

摘要: The gas liquid separator comprises a gas liquid separator-forming portion formed in an end plate of a fuel cell to have an opening at an end face of the end plate and that constitutes part of the gas liquid separator; and a cover member located to cover the opening and is combined with the gas liquid separator-forming portion to constitute the gas liquid separator. The gas liquid separator-forming portion includes a first inner wall portion provided to serve as a flow path of the off-gas and form part of a reservoir and that is configured to include an off-gas outlet, to be connected with the opening and to be formed concave in a thickness direction of the end plate; and a surrounding portion protruded from the first inner wall portion along a first direction from the gas liquid separator-forming portion toward the cover member to surround the off-gas outlet.

摘要: A pressure reducing valve device includes a first body; a second body; a valve mechanism accommodated in the first body, and including a valve seat and a valve element; and a piston that is accommodated in the second body, defines a pressure reducing chamber, and is configured to move in accordance with a pressure in the pressure reducing chamber so as to move the valve element. The first body is connected to an inner portion of a connection portion having a bottomed cylindrical shape. The connection portion is provided in the second body to protrude outward. The valve seat is held between the first body and the second body in a direction in which the first body and the second body are attached to each other such that the valve seat is fixed in a flow passage.

摘要: In a pressure reduction valve device, a valve body and a distal end portion of a support member are accommodated in a valve accommodation hole of a body. The distal end portion is inserted through an urging member accommodation hole. An inner introduction passage is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion and an inner peripheral surface of the urging member accommodation hole. An outer introduction passage is formed between an outer surface of the valve body and an inner surface of the valve accommodation hole. The support member is provided with communication holes that establish communication between a gas inlet provided through the body and the valve accommodation hole in an axial direction. The inner introduction passage and the outer introduction passage are opposed, in an axial direction thereof, to the communication passage.
