    摘要: A particulate grinding method and device applies different force fields to drive the grinding medium and the particulates move in different routes but collide only at a grinding area so that they are separated naturally without conventional screening mechanisms, such as a screen or a gap, and prevented from the limitation of mechanical size of the components. Moreover, the invention is applicable to finer particulates. The circulation of particulates is not limited by any small gap of screening mechanisms, so the particulates ill not block the separator.

    摘要: Provided is a grinding machine comprising a carrier adapted to raise or lower, the carrier including a V-shaped groove across its top and a forward pad at either side, a spindle unit including an inverted L-shaped mounting plate, and a fine tilting adjustment mechanism comprising first, second, third, and fourth screw type fastening units for fastening horizontal and vertical portion of the mounting plate at the carrier. Each screw of the fastening units is spaced from the carrier by a peripheral gap. The gaps are adapted to allow the horizontal or vertical portion of the mounting plate and thus the spindle unit to either tilt to the left or right or tilt to the front or rear with respect to the carrier in response to unfastening the screws and loosening adjustment screws of the fastening units.

    摘要: A Venetian blind cutting machine comprises a mold assembly, which has a main block and a guiding slot on the main block. A sliding block slidably receives in the guiding slot. The guiding slot has at least one stopping potion for stopping the sliding block. The sliding slot is for receiving slats therein between a closed end of the guiding slot and the sliding block. A cutter is slidably provided at the main block of the mold assembly for free shifting. Two driving bars have ends thereof fastening to the cutter. A joint block has two openings for receiving the driving bars therein and holding the driving bar therein by friction. The joint block is fastened to the sliding block. Whereby, the driving bar will drive the cutter, the joint block and the sliding block to move along with it. The sliding block will press the slats first to lock the slats in the guiding slot automatically. While the joint block has been pressing the slats, the driving force of the driving bar will overcome the friction of the joint block. Thus, the joint block will loose the driving bar and the driving bar will move continually and drive the cutter to cut the slats.

    摘要: An arbor clamping apparatus providing a steady way for clamping boring arbor and improves structure rigidity and boring accuracy for boring and milling machines. The milling arbor of the present invention is designed and characterized by two steps spindles and includes the first step spindle used mainly to clamp a boring arbor and to hold large cutting tools and fixtures, and the second step spindle designed principally to support and contain the boring arbor. With the first step spindle a clamping mechanism is established and includes a hydraulic cylinder, a piston and movable wedges. Hydraulic force is applied through the action of the piston to drive the wedges to move between the boring and milling arbors and hence the clamping for a boring arbor is achieved through the approaching action of the wedges.

    摘要: A vertical/horizontal spindle head for machine tools having a main transmission shaft with a first bevel gear secured thereon, a lower rotatable housing having a bevel gear axle secured therein, an upper seat having a push/pull apparatus for axially moving the lower rotatable housing relative to the upper seat, a main shaft having a second bevel gear secured thereon, third and fourth bevel gears coaxially arranged on the bevel gear axle, and a curved coupling between the upper seat and the lower rotatable housing. Between the third and fourth bevel gears are springs to move the third bevel gear axially and maintain it in engagement with the first bevel gear. A slidable spline device is provided between the third bevel gear and the bevel gear axle. The slidable spline device is disengaged in a first position where the curved coupling is coupled and is engaged in a second position when the lower rotatable housing is pushed away from the upper seat by the push/pull apparatus and the curved coupling is uncoupled. In the first position, the main transmission shaft can rotate the main shaft through the first, third, fourth and second bevel gears. In the second position, the lower rotatable housing can be rotated to a desired angular position by the main transmission shaft, through the first bevel gear, the third bevel gear and the slidable spline device.

The device includes: an input shaft; a sun gear, tightly linked to the input shaft, rotatable as driven by the input shaft; several planet gears, engaged with the sun gear; a fixed ring gear, encircling the circumference of the planet gears and engaged with the various planet gears; a planet gear carrier, being rotatable driven by the planet gears' revolving motion; an output shaft; a gearshift device, allowing the output shaft to be connected either to the input shaft or to the planet gear carrier, optionally, and to correspondingly rotate either along with the input shaft or with the planet gear carrier, so as to allow for switching into high or low gear. In this device assembly, both in high and in low gear the ring gear is fixed in the planetary gearing box without motion, thus not developing the stirring of oil and overcoming the problem of temperature rise and mechanical deformation, furthermore reducing the waste of energy.
