摘要： Methods and computer-readable media are provided for displaying a target search result and relevant information on a search results page in response to a user-inputted query on a search page. The target search result and relevant information are identified in a database as having been previously determined to be most relevant to the query, and may be based on past user behavior, for example. The relevant information may include functional tools that include input boxes allowing for the user to interact with a webpage associated with the target search result via the search results page. Once the target search result and relevant information have been determined, the search results page is displayed.

Embodiments of the present invention include receiving a group of Internet search records and assigning a popularity ranking based on the number of times an entity descriptor associated with an entity occurs within the group of Internet search records created over a designated time period. An entity descriptor is one or more terms commonly used to identify an entity. The trend in an entity's popularity rank may also be calculated. An entity's popularity rank and trend in popularity rank may be presented in a graph or in a list.

Computer software operates on a server or a client-side computer to identify and analyze third-party links and contents in web pages to determine if a third-party content sill exists, is available, has changed, or disrupts a web browser. A third-party link or content can be removed, changed, or replaced. A user can be notified or given an option to handle changed third-party content. The server may remove the third-party link or content by changing an HTML file for the web page. The client-side computer may remove the third-party link or content by dynamically changing the rendered web page before it is displayed to the user.

摘要： A unique object navigation system, user interface, and method that facilitate faster and smoother navigation of objects are provided. For example, the system can generate a plurality of objects that can be rendered on a display space that spans a single page in length, thereby mitigating the need to navigate through multiple pages. The system can determine the length of the page according to the number of objects generated. To view off-screen objects, an infinite scroll component can be employed. The amount of scroll space needed to view the plurality of objects can be determined in part by the length of the page and/or by the number of objects. The objects can also be viewed in a film strip format that is infinitely scrollable. The film strip view allows a view of the objects to be maintained while also viewing a selected object in greater detail at the same time.

A needle includes a tip end and an opposite end, and the needle traverses the housing and is adapted to pierce a septum of a fluid container. The needle also includes a first channel extending from a first opening at the tip end to an opening at the opposite end, and a second channel extending from a second opening at the tip end to an opening at a position between said tip end and said opposite end.

摘要： A construction of ink dispensing roller is described in which a porous ink metering layer extends around a peripheral surface of a porous ink reservoir. To prevent relative movement between the ink metering layer and the ink reservoir, the ink metering layer is securely located relative to the ink reservoir by means of elements of the ink metering layer extending beyond each axial end of the ink reservoir and being clamped between end cheeks and the axial end walls of the ink reservoir. The ink metering layer is manufactured from sheet material joined by welding along opposite edges into a tubular form. After welding the tubular form is manipulated so that an inner surface becomes a radially exterior ink dispensing surface.

摘要： A collapsible container for separating oil and water and containing and transporting the separated oil is provided. The container is manufactured of a water impervious material and has a plurality of chambers, capable of holding oil and water, which are attached to each other serially along a linear axis. Located at opposite ends of the container are an input chamber and an output chamber. Intermediate the input and output chambers is at least one intermediate chamber. Substantially vertically disposed baffles, having an opening at their lower edges, are provided within the container defining the connecting walls between the input chamber and the adjoining intermediate chamber and the connecting walls between adjacent intermediate chambers. A baffle, also substantially vertically disposed, having an opening at its upper edge, is provided within the container defining the connecting wall between the output chamber and the intermediate chamber located farthest from the input chamber. An inlet allowing an oil and water mixture to enter the inlet chamber is provided. In addition, an outlet attached to the outlet chamber is provided to allow material within the outlet chamber to exit the container.
