    摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor is made of a first chemical polymer layer having an anode, a cathode, and a dielectric, the cathode being formed first on a surface of the dielectric, and a secondary electrolytic polymer layer formed on a surface of the primary chemical polymer layer by performing electrolytic polymerization in a predetermined solution. This solid electrolytic capacitor includes a secondary electrolytic polymer layer formed by performing electrolytic polymerization in a solution obtained by adding to the predetermined solution a supporting electrolyte having a surface active effect with respect to a solvent in the predetermined solution and a supporting electrolyte having no surface active effect with respect to the solvent in the predetermined solution.

    摘要: An Nb solid electrolytic capacitor is disclosed which comprises: an anode body made from an Nb-based material, the anode body having a nitrogen content of about 7,500 ppm to about 47,000 ppm; a dielectric layer formed over the surface of the anode body; a solid electrolyte layer formed on the dielectric layer; and a cathode body formed on the surface of the solid electrolyte layer. The Nb solid electrolytic capacitor shows small bias dependence. A method for preparing the same is also disclosed which comprises steps of: forming an anode body from an Nb-based material, the anode body having a nitrogen content of about 7,500 ppm to about 47,000 ppm; forming a dielectric layer over the surface of the anode body; forming a solid electrolyte layer on the dielectric layer; and forming a cathode body on the electrolyte layer.

    摘要: A valve metal powder with optimized particle size distribution, and a solid electrolytic capacitor which uses this is provided. A valve metal powder for a solid electrolytic capacitor is used which is an agglomerate powder to be used for manufacturing an anode with a structure in which valve metal powder is formed in a layer on a valve metal base material, and contains at least 90% of all the powder within a particle size range of 1 μm to 50 μm. It is desirable that at least 90% of all the powder is contained within a particle size range of 1 μm to 30 μm. Moreover, preferably the product of BET specific surface area and specific gravity (d25) is greater than 17 m2/g.

    摘要: A surface-mounting thin type capacitor includes a capacitor element having a shape of and two end portions which form a side surface of the capacitor element. Two anode terminals are disposed on lower surfaces of the end portions along the side surface to form a mounting surface substantially perpendicular to the side surface. A cathode terminal is disposed at a middle part of the capacitor element to form the mounting surface together with the anode terminals. The cathode terminal is not between the anode terminals spatially and thereby manufacturing process of the capacitor is simplified and it is easy to change the intended use of the capacitor.
