    摘要: A method and apparatus for supplying a heated fluid to a heat consumption circuit, such as an injection mold. The apparatus comprises a heat exchanger, for heating the fluid, a pump for pumping the heated fluid to the heat consumption circuit, a reservoir for storing the fluid, and a degasifier for degasifying the fluid that returns from the heat consumption circuit to the apparatus. The heat exchanger, and the pump comprise one compact integral assembly. In addition, the connection between the degasifier and the reservoir is in the form of a siphon which acts as a thermal barrier to prevent the heat from the heated fluid from heating the fluid in the reservoir. As a result of this arrangement, the total volume of fluid used is much smaller than in prior art devices, thereby substantially decreasing the heat losses from the fluid to the environment.

    摘要: A heat exchanger for heating or cooling a liquid, comprises a stationary outer shell and an drum rotatable coaxially in the shell. The outer periphery of the drum is adjacent the inner periphery of the shell and a stationary heat exchanger is disposed within the drum. Liquid to be heated or cooled is fed into the drum past the stationary heat exchanger and then between the outer periphery of the drum and the inner periphery of the shell. Impeller structure is disposed on the extends axially along the outer periphery of the drum, such as a helicoidal vane, to more the liquid in a circuitous path along the inner periphery of the stationary shell upon rotation of the drum.

    摘要: The mold device is arranged to produce hollow bodies having at least one undercut formed by a radially offset circumferential wall portion, and includes a hollow mold and a movable mold plate which are interconnected during at least the mold closing and opening phases. The hollow mold is formed by a one-piece main body and a plural-part auxiliary body, with the latter forming the undercut. The parts of the auxiliary body are radially movable normal to the axis of the hollow mold through at least the radial extent of the undercut so that, when the parts of the auxiliary body have been moved outwardly, the produced thermoplastic material body can be removed axially from the main body of the hollow mold. The hollow mold is a blow mold operatively associated with an injection mold which is used to produce a preform of the hollow body which is then blow molded, in the hollow mold, to the desired shape.
