摘要: A power transmission device includes a first one-way clutch that transmits a rotational power of a pulley to a rotating shaft, and a second one-way clutch that transmits a rotational power of a rotor of a motor to the rotating shaft. The first one-way clutch is of inner cam type in which an engagement cam-surface is formed in an outer periphery of a first inner ring, while the second one-way clutch is of outer cam type in which an engagement cam-surface is formed in an inner periphery of a second outer ring. This arrangement improves engagement performance of the first one-way clutch as well as reducing heat generation of the second one-way clutch, so that the lifetime of grease is prolonged.

摘要: There is provided a one-way clutch unit that is simple in structure and compact. An annular recess 67 is provided in an inner periphery of a side of a deep groove ball bearing portion 55 of a first inner ring 7 of a first one-way clutch 1, and an end portion on the side of a deep groove ball bearing portion 65 of a second one-way clutch 2 is disposed in the annular recess 67. Thereby, the dimension in an axial direction of the one-way clutch unit is reduced by a dimension in the axial direction of the second one-way clutch 2 that is disposed in the annular recess 67.

摘要: There is provided a compact one-way clutch unit that can perform connection and disconnection of power in two systems. An end portion on a side of a deep groove ball bearing portion 65 of a second one-way clutch 2 is disposed in an annular recess 67, which is provided at an end portion in an inner peripheral surface of a first inner ring 7, so that the dimension in an axial direction of a one-way clutch unit is reduced. Further, an outer peripheral diameter on a side of the deep groove ball bearing portion 65 is made smaller than that on the side of a one-way clutch portion 60 of a second outer ring 14 so as to reduce a diameter of the recess 67 and the outer peripheral diameter of the first outer ring 5 of the first one-way clutch 1.

摘要: The present invention comprises a pulley, a shaft body which is rotatable relative to the pulley and is concentrically disposed radially inside of the pulley, a one-way clutch which is interposed at an annular space between the pulley and the shaft body, a rolling bearing which is disposed in the annular space adjacent to the one-way clutch in an axial direction, an inner annular seal which is provided outside the rolling bearing in the annular space, and an outer annular seal which is provided outside the inner annular seal and has a proximal end portion and a distal end side lip. The proximal end portion of the outer annular seal is fixed to one of an inner peripheral surface of the pulley and an outer peripheral surface of the shaft body, and the distal end side lip of the outer annular seal contacts the other peripheral surface.

摘要: A pulley unit includes a pulley and a rotor concentrically disposed for relative rotation, a one-way clutch interposed in an annular space therebetween, rolling bearings provided on opposite sides of the one-way clutch, and a seal ring for sealing the annular space. An inner diametrical surface of the pulley forms an outer ring raceway of the one-way clutch and the rolling bearing, and an outer diametrical surface of the shaft body forms an inner ring raceway of the one-way clutch and the rolling bearing. An outer diameter side of an annular portion of a retainer of the rolling bearing on the side of the seal ring is reduced so as to increase a storage volume of lubricating oil between the rolling bearing and the seal ring.

摘要: A pulley is concentrically disposed around a hollow shaft, and a one-way clutch is disposed between the hollow shaft and the pulley. At least one bearing is provided between the shaft and the pulley. In the one-way clutch, a roller as a meshing member and a coil spring as a biasing member are integrally rotated together with an outer ring. The roller moves in a meshing-releasing direction by a centrifugal force when a rotation speed of the outer ring becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined speed, and a biasing force of the coil spring has enough magnitude for permitting this movement. The pulley is provided at its inner periphery with a cam surface, and the pulley and the outer ring of the one-way clutch are integrally formed.
