摘要: A power transmission device includes a first one-way clutch that transmits a rotational power of a pulley to a rotating shaft, and a second one-way clutch that transmits a rotational power of a rotor of a motor to the rotating shaft. The first one-way clutch is of inner cam type in which an engagement cam-surface is formed in an outer periphery of a first inner ring, while the second one-way clutch is of outer cam type in which an engagement cam-surface is formed in an inner periphery of a second outer ring. This arrangement improves engagement performance of the first one-way clutch as well as reducing heat generation of the second one-way clutch, so that the lifetime of grease is prolonged.

摘要: There is provided a one-way clutch unit that is simple in structure and compact. An annular recess 67 is provided in an inner periphery of a side of a deep groove ball bearing portion 55 of a first inner ring 7 of a first one-way clutch 1, and an end portion on the side of a deep groove ball bearing portion 65 of a second one-way clutch 2 is disposed in the annular recess 67. Thereby, the dimension in an axial direction of the one-way clutch unit is reduced by a dimension in the axial direction of the second one-way clutch 2 that is disposed in the annular recess 67.

摘要: There is provided a compact one-way clutch unit that can perform connection and disconnection of power in two systems. An end portion on a side of a deep groove ball bearing portion 65 of a second one-way clutch 2 is disposed in an annular recess 67, which is provided at an end portion in an inner peripheral surface of a first inner ring 7, so that the dimension in an axial direction of a one-way clutch unit is reduced. Further, an outer peripheral diameter on a side of the deep groove ball bearing portion 65 is made smaller than that on the side of a one-way clutch portion 60 of a second outer ring 14 so as to reduce a diameter of the recess 67 and the outer peripheral diameter of the first outer ring 5 of the first one-way clutch 1.

摘要: In this driving force transmission apparatus, with a simple constitution employing a one-way clutch 20 instead of an electromagnetic clutch, the driving force derived from the motor 33 can be transmitted to the rotating shaft 1 during engine stops, and the driving force of the engine can be transmitted to the rotating shaft 1 during engine operations. Also, the pulley 3 is held against the connecting portion 11 and the fixed-side member 26 by means of first and second two ball bearings 21, 30 disposed axially adjacent to first and second inner cylinder portions 6, 7, respectively, between which the opening portion 5 of the pulley 2 is interposed. This simple driving force transmission apparatus can switch between transmission and non-transmission of driving force from pulley to rotating shaft, and transmits the driving force of a motor directly to the rotating shaft in the non-transmission state.

摘要: A hybrid compressor system has a hybrid compressor for compressing refrigerant. The compressor is selectively driven by one of a first drive source and a second drive source. The hybrid compressor system also includes a first one-way clutch, a driver for driving the second drive source, a sensor for detecting a rotational state of the first drive source and a controller. The first one-way clutch is arranged on a first power transmission path between the compressor and the first drive source for permitting power transmission from the first drive source to the compressor. The controller is electrically connected to the driver and the sensor. When a drive source of the compressor is switched from the second drive source to the first drive source, the controller orders the driver to stop the second drive source after the rotation of the first drive source is detected.

摘要: An air-conditioning system for a vehicle, including a refrigerant circuit and an engine, has a battery, a compressor, an electric motor and a load torque control mechanism. The battery supplies electric power. The compressor is operative to compress refrigerant gas for the air-conditioning system. The electric motor is electrically connected to the battery. The motor is driven due to the electric power, and is operatively coupled to drive the compressor when the motor is energized. The load torque control mechanism responsive to the operating condition of the engine to control the load torque of the compressor below a predetermined value during times when the motor is driving the compressor.

摘要: When an electric appliance unit functions as an electric motor, a rotary shaft is rotated by electric current supplied to the electric appliance unit. When the electric appliance unit functions as a generator, the generator generates electricity as the rotary shaft rotates. A first rotation permitting mechanism is located between the rotor and the rotary shaft to permit the rotor and the rotary shaft to rotate relative to each other. A one-way clutch is located between the rotor and the rotary shaft. The one-way clutch permits the rotary shaft to rotate in one direction relative to the rotor and prevents the rotary shaft from rotating in the other direction relative to the rotor. A second rotation permitting mechanism is located between the housing and the rotor. The second rotation permitting mechanism permits the rotor to rotate relative to the housing. Power transmitted from the external drive source to the rotor is transmitted to the rotary shaft via the one-way clutch. The rotor is supported by the housing with the second rotation permitting mechanism.

摘要: The permanent magnet embedded rotating electrical machine includes a rotor and a plurality of flat permanent magnets. The rotor has on an outer periphery thereof a plurality of pairs of concave portions and a plurality of convex portions. Each of the convex portions is located between the pair of concave portions. The concave portions are formed at radially outward of respective adjacent magnetic pole ends of the permanent magnet. A bridge is provided in the rotor at an angular position about an axis of the rotor between opposed magnetic pole ends of two adjacent permanent magnets. Each concave portion at radially outward of the magnetic pole end of the permanent magnet is located close to the center of the same permanent magnet in relation to the bridge next to the permanent magnet in the circumferential direction of the rotor.

摘要: A housing of an electric motor includes an inner circumferential surface, which includes recesses arranged along the circumferential direction. On an outer circumferential surface of a stator core of a stator are provided protrusions arranged along the circumferential direction. Fitting each protrusion to the corresponding recess fixes the stator core to the housing. A rotor is provided radially inward of the stator. In a state where each protrusion is fitted to the corresponding recess, a pair of side surfaces of each protrusion are retained by a pair of inner side surfaces of the corresponding recess in the circumferential direction of the housing. A gap is formed between an end face of each protrusion and an inner bottom surface of the corresponding recess facing the end face along the entire surface of the end face.
