摘要: A transmission control system includes an ECU, a throttle actuator, a clutch actuator, and a shift actuator. The throttle actuator adjusts a throttle opening under control of the ECU, the clutch actuator adjusts a state of a clutch under control of the ECU, and the shift actuator changes a gear position of a transmission under control of the ECU. When the transmission is shifted down, a throttle opening is adjusted to a first value and the clutch is disconnected such that a rotational speed of an engine increases. Then, the gear position of the transmission is moved to a lower position by one stage with the clutch being disconnected. After that, the throttle opening is decreased to a second value, and connection of the clutch is started. The second value is set to a value larger than a minimum value.

摘要: A sub-frame of a motorcycle is attached to the rear end of a main frame of the motorcycle and extends rearward. An AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) mechanism is attached to the sub-frame which prevents direct conduction of heat and vibrations generated by an engine on the main frame to the AMT. The AMT mechanism includes a hydraulic clutch actuator, a hydraulic shift actuator, an accumulator, a valve block, a pump, and an oil tank.

摘要: A pressure sensor detects the change in pressure within a cylinder in a clutch master cylinder in a case where a clutch shifts from a connected state to a disconnected state. The pressure within the cylinder is detected at a time point where a rate of the pressure increase is changed. The position of a rod in this case or the rotation angle of a motor in an actuator is detected as a touch point preparation position. The touch point preparation position is a stage preceding power generated by an engine being transmitted to the clutch. The actuator moves the rod at high speed until the position of the rod reaches the position corresponding to the touch point preparation position.

摘要: A transmission control system includes an ECU, a throttle actuator, a clutch actuator, and a shift actuator. The throttle actuator adjusts a throttle opening under control of the ECU, the clutch actuator adjusts a state of a clutch under control of the ECU, and the shift actuator changes a gear position of a transmission under control of the ECU. When the transmission is shifted down, a throttle opening is adjusted to a first value and the clutch is disconnected such that a rotational speed of an engine increases. Then, the gear position of the transmission is moved to a lower position by one stage with the clutch being disconnected. After that, the throttle opening is decreased to a second value, and connection of the clutch is started. The second value is set to a value larger than a minimum value.

摘要: Display equipment with exposed electrodes formed for establishing an electric connection with each of liquid crystal display, an electroluminescent light and a printed board. Anisotropic, electrically conductive elastomer pieces are placed between the respective exposed electrodes of the printed board, the liquid crystal display section and the electroluminescent light. A pressing rubber piece is placed on the side of the electroluminescent light which is opposite to its electrode side, and the component parts are received in and held by a holding frame which houses them from above the liquid crystal display section. Bent tip portions are inserted into the printed board and bent to fix the printed board and the holding frame. The electrode section of the electroluminescent light is pressed by the window head jump of the holding frame via the pressing rubber piece and is connected electrically in a stable manner. Even in cases where the liquid crystal display equipment has an electric connection section with a multilayer structure, the productivity may be increased since no solder is used. Arrangement of an anisotropic, electrically conductive member across the cut created by the removal allows establishment of an electric connection between non-adjacent electric circuit boards. If necessary, a plurality of such anisotropic, electrically conductive members may be arranged by mounting them on an insulating board which is then inserted between the electric circuit boards to be electrically connected.

摘要: A two-wheeled motor vehicle includes a control device and is configured such that a radius of curvature of a cross-section of a tire mounted on one of the front wheel and the rear wheel is larger than a radius of curvature of a cross-section of a tire mounted on the other wheel. The control device includes a sensor arranged to detect a rotation speed of the one wheel, a sensor arranged to detect a rotation speed of the other wheel, and a turn determining section programmed to determine that the vehicle is turning based on a condition that a value corresponding to a bank angle of the vehicle is higher than a threshold. The value corresponding to the bank angle of the vehicle is a value indicating the relative amount of the rotation speed of the one wheel relative to the rotation speed of the other wheel.
