摘要： A trail management system acquires and manages operation contents in a PC that is provided with an operation function including a document transcription function. When a user performs a transcription operation, a server acquires operation information and stores it as chronological data. The operation information contains time of the transcription operation, a user name, a value transcribed by the transcription operation, document specification information for specifying a transcription origin document during the transcription operation, location specification information for specifying a transcription origin location in the transcription origin document, document specification information for specifying a transcription destination document during the transcription operation, and location specification information for specifying a transcription destination location in the transcription origin document. Using a PC, an administrator searches for chronological data in accordance with a search condition supplied to search for the chronological data and displays a search result on the PC.

摘要： An object of this invention is to analyze history information for each of a plurality of instances, and generate a time series pattern for each of a plurality of business processes. A time series pattern generating system analyzes the history information of an instance generated upon each execution of a class that defines a series of processes and is constituted by components having a defined order, and generates a time series pattern. The history information is generated upon each execution of the components, stored in chronological order, and includes a class identifier, a component identifier, an instance identifier, and component processing time information. Information relating to the processing order of the components that are executed in each instance is created, dependence relationships between the components are estimated, and a time series pattern including a component processing order is generated.

A system of calculating an optimum staff arrangement of staff arrangements for a job operated by a plurality of staff members, includes: a record database for a job amount generated during a certain period; a profile database for staff members; a combination-efficiency database for staff members; a skill-level database for staff members; means of acquiring a staff-profile data; means of acquiring a record of a past-generated job amount; means of calculating combination efficiency between staff members; means of predicting a job demand of the job in a specific period, from the record of the past-generated job amount; means of calculating the required number of staff members from the predicted job demand; means of calculating a working shift satisfying the required number of staff members; means of calculating a working-shift matching degree from data of the combination efficiency with the staff member and the working shift; means of performing an arrangement plan corresponding to the required number of staff members by sequentially arranging staff members in descending order of the high matching degree; and means of calculating productive efficiency of the arrangement plan, so that the arrangement plan having the highest productive efficiency is shown.
