摘要: A method is provided for producing high purity electrolytic copper useful, for example, to make a copper wire for use in sound or image reproducing systems, such as audio, video and television systems, etc. The copper wire consists of high purity copper in which silver and sulfur contents are both not more than 0.5 ppm and preferably has a crystal grain size not less than 0.02 mm and is unidirectionally solidified or is a single crystal. Such a copper wire is manufactured by continuously casting electrodeposited copper which has been obtained by refining by re-electrolysis of electrolytic copper, using a specially arranged casting apparatus having a mold projecting to an electrolytic bath.

摘要: A binding device for files and binders in which rings to be inserted into binding holes of an object to be bound are openably and closeably secured to a base plate so as to be opened and closed by an opening-closing mechanism including a rotationally movable lever. In the binding device, a first ring member and a second ring member are configured such that they are interlocked with the opening-closing mechanism including the lever so as to be opened and closed about respective pivot portions and provided in the lower end thereof by rotationally moving the lever. In addition, the first ring member and the second ring member are secured in an opened state when opened, and the lever is secured such that the first ring member and the second ring member are maintained in the opened state.

摘要: An optical fiber module is formed by storing an optical component and a connection portion of this optical component and an optical fiber into a package. The optical fiber module has the package, the optical component unfixedly stored into the package, and the optical fiber in which one end side of the optical fiber is connected to the optical component and the other end side is pulled out of the package to the package exterior. An optical fiber anchor member is arranged in the package in an extraction preventing state in an optical fiber pulling-out area of the package. The optical fiber is fixed to the optical fiber anchor member. The optical fiber anchor member and the package are set to be relatively moved in the optical fiber longitudinal direction.

摘要: A binding device includes a plurality of binding rings, a holding member which enables the binding rings to be disposed with a spacing therebetween, an operating member having a surface to which base portions of the binding rings are secured such that the binding rings are disposed with a spacing therebetween, the operating member including a pair of operating pieces movable in the holding member in a longitudinal direction of the holding member, and an opening-closing member which causes the binding rings to be changed in an opening direction. The opening-closing member includes an elastic member. The elastic member is provided in the operating member such that a distance between the operating pieces in an opening-closing direction of the binding rings is maintained at a distance enabling the pair of the operating pieces to be moved and is arranged to move the pair of the operating pieces defining the operating member relative to each other in respective opposite directions and so as to elastically urge the pair of the operating pieces in a direction allowing the binding rings to be held in an opened state.
