    摘要： Methods and apparatus to limit reporting of neighbor cell measurements are disclosed. An example method disclosed herein for a wireless device to perform measurements in a mobile communication network comprises receiving configuration information for periodic downlink pilot measurements to be performed by the wireless device, the configuration information including an upper limit on a number of neighbor cells for which periodic downlink pilot measurements are permitted to be reported, and performing the periodic downlink pilot measurements in accordance with the configuration information.
