摘要: In a camera provided with an electromagnetic drive source when energized producing an electromagnetic force by which the shutter is driven to move, the above-described electromagnetic force of drive source is used only as the power of driving the shutter, while an electromagnetic device which is controlled by a shutter closing signal is provided, so that an initiation of returning movement of the mirror and automatic diaphragm and of lock releasing operation of the film transporting mechanism is controlled by said electromagnetic device.

摘要: A slit exposure shutter having the front and rear screens thereof respectively arranged to be driven by a source of an electromagnetic driving force is provided with a minimum slit width insuring means which prevents uneven exposure resulting from difference in travelling speed between the front and rear shutter screens during a high speed shutter operation and particularly prevents a total absence of the slit, the shutter is also provided with a nullifying means which nullifies the insuring means when the shutter screens are on their return travels.

摘要: In a slit exposure shutter having leading and trailing blades driven to run down to make an exposure and to return to their initial positions by an electromagnetic drive source, this source is provided with electromagnetically operated latch means for holding the leading and trailing blades in either one of the terminal ends of running down and returning movement thereof. Another feature is that the above-described latch means is constructed by utilizing the magnetic attraction force of at least one of the stationary and movable electromagnetic members of the drive source.

摘要: The present invention relates to the flash photographic system for camera which is characterized in that the system presents a safety device for preventing various misoperations generally apt to take place at the time of taking a photograph by using a flash light device. By means of the operation of this device, the shutter time is set at a certain determined time for taking a photograph under flash light with the shutter time setting means at the camera side whereby the flash light photographic mode setting signal can be obtained only when the light device is set at the state ready for flash lighting in such a manner that the camera is capable of taking a photograph under flash light only when this signal is obtained. According to a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention, even when the release operation is carried out so that the above mentioned flash light photographic mode setting signal is not obtained, the flash light device does not operate by means of the effect of the safety device so that the camera is automatically set in the state for taking photography under ordinary day light.

摘要: A liquid crystal display device for a camera includes a display member having liquid crystal material for providing a display of photographic information, and a focusing glass for forming an image of an object which is to be photographed. A mask is arranged to face the display member and the focusing glass, the mask including a first transparent part which faces a display part of the display member, and a second transparent part which faces the object image formed on the focusing glass. A light shading part is provided between the first and second transparent parts of the mask to shade an end part of the display member from light. The mask enables view finder optics provided in the camera to display a rectangular view field having straight sides to the camera user. This is accomplished by forming boundary lines between the first and second transparent parts and the light shading part of the mask, wherein each boundary line substantially forms an arc having a center located on a straight line which is perpendicular to one of a long and short side of the view field, and which line passes through the center of the view field. The arcuate boundary lines overcome distortion produced by the view finder optics so that they are visually recognized as being straight.

摘要: In the disclosed circuit, an electromagnetically driven shutter is opened and closed by an electromagnetic drive device. A detector senses the current through or the voltage across an exciting member of the electromagnetic drive. A drive circuit is controlled by a comparator which compares the output of a constant voltage source with the output of the detector. The drive circuit is regulated so that when the shutter is opened and closed, the current is maintained at predetermined values so as to always keep the shutter characteristics constant.

摘要: In the drive system disclosed, a first power source supplies a driving current to drive a moving member of an electromagnetic shutter driving device in one direction or in the reverse direction a second power source device consisting of a DC booster circuit, a capacitor, etc.; a photo-to-electric converter circuit discerns the brightness level of an object to be photographed and controls the outputs of the first and second power source devices to shift between these two outputs. An automatic change-over supplies the output of the second power source to the electromagnetic shutter driving device when the level of the output of the photo-to-electric converter circuit is equal to or above a predetermined level and supplies the output of the first power source to the electromagnetic shutter driving device when the output level of the photo-to-electric converter circuit is lower than the predetermined level.

In the cell, a liquid crystal is sandwiched between a resistance layer mounted on a substrate and another substrate-mounted layer which may be either resistive or conductive. Suitable means mask at least the end portions of the display of the liquid crystal cell. In operation, voltages corresponding to photographic conditions are applied to the layers to produce analog data indicative of photographic conditions.

摘要: An exposure control system for daylight and flash photography. In the flash mode with computer flash light device, the system accommodates for a variation in the otherwise fixed parameter of diaphragm aperture by taking into account the camera-to-subject distance. In one embodiment of the invention, the diaphragm value and the integrated flash light are varied with distance at equal rates to each other, reaching the maximum possible values simultaneously at a distance twice as long as that when the diaphragm is fixed. In another embodiment, these variables are increased one at a time, reaching the maximum value, after which the other is increased to effect an equivalent result.
