摘要: There is provided a magnetic field generator for MRI 10 applicable to a variety of magnetic field generators, and capable of preventing separation of permanent magnets 20 which constitute permanent magnet groups 14a, 14b. The magnetic field generator for MRI 10 includes a pair of permanent magnet groups 14a, 14b. The pair of permanent magnet groups 14a, 14b each including a plurality of permanent magnets 20 bonded to each other, are opposed to each other with a space in between. The permanent magnet groups 14a, 14b have projections 18 projecting more outward than the area of contact with respective pole pieces 16a, 16b. A flange-shaped member 34 is attached to each outer circumferential surface of the pole pieces 16a, 16b, covering a space-facing surface 18a of the projection 18.

摘要: An MRI magnet member (e.g., a pole piece or tip) is laminated using relatively large bar-shaped laminations instead of the usual thin sheet material. One or more layers of such bar-shaped laminations are arrayed with small insulating gaps into which a low loss insulating liquid filler material is flowed and then cured to a hardened solid state. This simultaneously produces insulated pole tip laminations which have been robustly integrated together into a unitary structure. The resulting robust laminated pole tip is relatively easy to manufacture and is also capable of withstanding rather large magnetic forces and maintaining relatively uniform magnetic field distribution within an MRI imaging region while yet providing providing sufficient eddy current reduction so as to efficiently permit rapidly changing magnetic gradient coil currents to be established.

摘要: To provide a turbocharger whose lifetime is long, which is capable of inexpensively and precisely performing nozzle vane angle synchronous control by using inexpensive and highly wear resistant components in a link mechanism for driving a rotation mechanism of nozzle vanes of an adjustable nozzle mechanism. As pins fixedly arrayed in a ring plate rotatably supported on the turbocharger, that set an angle of the nozzle vanes for controlling an amount of exhaust gas for rotating a turbine rotor, each pin in which a hard coating with a thickness of approximately 2 μm which is formed of Al, Cr, Si, and N by physical vapor deposition is formed onto an austenitic stainless steel as a base material, is used.

摘要: A construction vehicle includes vehicle frames, an operator cab, a hydraulic oil tank, and engine, and an engine cover. The operator cab is mounted on the vehicle frames. The hydraulic oil tank is disposed to the rear of the operator cab and stores hydraulic oil. The engine is disposed to the rear of the hydraulic oil tank. The engine cover is a member that covers the engine. A rear face of the hydraulic oil tank and a front face of the engine cover are the same size in a widthwise direction. A rear end of an upper face of the hydraulic oil tank is positioned at the same height as a front end of the upper face of the engine cover. The upper face and side faces of the hydraulic oil tank are exposed to outside.

摘要: A magnetic field generator for MRI comprises a pair of plate yokes opposed to each other with space in between. A magnet is provided in each of the opposed surfaces of the pair of plate yokes. A column yoke is connected to the pair of plate yokes. An enhancing member made of magnetic material and having a curved slant face is provided in an inner surface of the connection between the column yoke and the plate yokes at a place farthest from the magnet. A first bolt of magnetic field adjusting bolts is screwed into the plate yoke, with a tip of the first bolt contacting the enhancing member. A second bolt of the magnetic field adjusting bolts is screwed into the plate yoke, with a tip of the second bolt contacting an upper end face of the column yoke. An engaging portion for engagement of the enhancing member with the yoke may be provided.

摘要: A plate yoke has an upper surface formed with a projection and a guiding rail. A new magnet block is transported by sliding on the upper surface of the plate yoke, and is bonded side by side with the projection or a magnet block which is already fixed. During the above operation, a magnetic member is held above the plate yoke. Preferably, the new magnet block is transported toward a corner portion, with side surfaces of the magnet block held parallel to a side surface of the projection and a side surface of the guiding rail respectively. When the magnet unit and the column yoke is connected, the column yoke or the magnet unit is lowered so that a guiding rod attached to an end face of the column yoke is inserted into a hole formed in the magnetic unit. Further, the column yoke is guided by a guiding member disposed between a permanent magnet on the plate yoke and a position where the column yoke is to be connected on the plate yoke.

摘要: A process and apparatus for monitoring the etching ability of an etchant by accurately measuring the etching rate with a relatively simple arrangement. A process and apparatus for monitoring the etching rate is determined by channeling the etchant from an etching tank to a reaction column, subjecting a specimen of the same material as a metal part to be etched in practice to etching with the etchant in the reaction column, collecting hydrogen gas generated during etching of the specimen, measuring the time taken until a predetermined quantity of hydrogen gas is generated, and computing the etching rate from the measured time.

摘要: A method for forming a circuit pattern is disclosed. A circuit pattern that forms an electrically conductive layer (2L) is formed on an insulating resin (11) that forms a first insulating layer (1L). An insulating resin (13) that forms a second insulating layer (3L) is laminated on the insulating resin (11) on which the circuit pattern has been formed. A trench (14) is formed in the laminated insulating resin (13) to expose the circuit pattern. An electroless plating metal (15) is buried by electroless plating in the trench (14) formed.
