    摘要: A process for processing a silver halide color photographic material is disclosed which comprises processing a silver halide color photographic material containing at least one compound represented by formula (I) or (II): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each represents an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, or a heterocyclic group; A represents a group forming a chemical bond by reaction with an aromatic primary amine color developing agent; n represents 0 or 1; X represents a group released on reaction with an aromatic primary amine color developing agent; B represents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, a heterocyclic group, an acyl group, or a sulfonyl group; and Y represents a group accelerating the addition of an aromatic primary amine color developing agent to the compound of formula (II), and said R.sub.1 and X or said Y and R.sub.2 or B may combine with each other to form a ring, with a color developer prepared by diluting a concentrated color developer composition containing from 90 ml/liter to 600 ml/liter of benzyl alcohol and from 0.07 mol/liter to 0.5 mol/liter of an aromatic primary amine color developing agent.

    摘要: A method of forming color photographic images where a silver halide color photographic material containing a coupler which forms a dye by reaction with the oxidation product of an aromatic primary amine developing agent and containing an acid-processed gelatin in an amount of 25% by weight or more of the amount of the total gelatin coated is color developed, desilvered and then rinsed in water and/or stabilized. The total of the processing time of said desilvering, rinsing-in-water and stabilization steps is controlled to be 3 minutes or less, and/or the amount of replenisher added to the rinsing-in-water bath and stabilization bath is controlled to be from 0.5 to 50 times of the amount of the processing solution which is brought into the rinsing-in-water bath and stabilization bath from the desilvering bath together with the material which is being processed. By the method, staining of the processed photographic material in a rapid processing can noticeably be reduced and the amount of the final rinsing or stabilizing solution to be used can noticeably be economized without lowering the image storability of the processed material.

    摘要: This invention provides a processing method for an exposed silver halide color photographic material, which enables cut-down of the times required for bleaching-and-fixing and for washing and yet affords a stable image excellent in color reproduction. The processing method of this invention is characterized in that the silver halide color photographic material is developed with a color developing solution substantially free of benzyl alcohol, and that the thus developed photographic material is subjected to bleaching-and-fixing for a time of not more than 70 seconds and then subjected to washing for a time of not more than 70 seconds. Another important aspect of the invention resides in the use of a magenta coupler in the processing method with a merit that a stable colored image having excellent hue is developed without the fear of formation of stains although the times for the bleaching-and-fixing and for the washing are shortened remarkedly.

The compound is utilized in the photographic material in order to prevent the occurrence of contaminations which are caused by metals intermixed in the silver halide photographic materials during production, packaging, preservation and/or processing. The presence of such compounds also prevents the deterioration of photographic materials caused by metal ions existing in processing solutions and aids in preventing the reduction in the uniformity of processing.
