摘要: An image display device is provided in which the screen is partitioned into upper and lower areas both being driven simultaneously. Image data read out of a frame memory #1 is displayed in the upper area of the present screen and at the same time, image data of the preceding screen read out of a frame memory #3 is displayed in the lower area of the present screen. In the next screen, image data read out of a frame memory #2 is displayed in the upper area of the next screen and image data read out of the frame memory #1 is displayed in the lower area of the next screen. In this manner, the image data read out of the frame memory #1 is displayed consecutively over the present screen and the next screen.

摘要: Input display data (D0, D1, D2) are converted into currents ij which are allowed to flow into respective pixels by a data/current conversion part 66, electric currents IN at end portions of a row wiring are calculated by a current IN calculation circuit 68-2 using the currents ij, and a voltage drop VN at an end portion of the row wiring is calculated by a voltage drop VN calculation circuit 68-4 using the current IN. On the other hand, the sum of the currents ij is calculated by a current ij calculation circuit 68-6, and a current Im−1 which flows between the pixels is calculated by a current Im−1 calculation circuit 68-7 using the sum of the currents ij and the currents IN. Next, using a currents Ij between the respective pixels and the voltage drops VN calculated by a current Ij calculation circuit 68-8, a voltage drop Vm−1 is calculated by a voltage drop Vm−1 calculation circuit 68-9, and the voltage drop Vm−1 is converted into the data by the voltage/data conversion part 67, and the data and the input display data are added to each other in an adding circuit 64 so as to obtain the output display data (D0, D1, D2) which are corrected by an amount corresponding to the voltage drop.

The display apparatus according to this invention has a rear substrate 1 including an electrical insulating substrate 10 on which are formed a large number of cold-cathode elements 19 for emitting electrons, a display substrate 101 including a light-transmissive substrate 110 which is disposed facing the rear substrate 1 and on which are formed the fluorescent materials 111 that emit light when excited by the electron beams sent from the cold-cathode elements 19, and a frame member 116. A metallic sheet 120 in which a large number of fine-structured holes 122 each containing one fluorescent material 111 and for forming a light-emitting region are provided in matrix form is disposed on the light-transmissive substrate 110. Color filters that transmit the rays-of-light of desired colors, emitted from associated fluorescent materials, are provided between the light-transmissive substrate containing the fine-structured holes, and the fluorescent materials.

摘要: A reactive-species supply device is configured to supply a treatment gas to an electric discharge space that is formed by at least one pair of electrodes, for thereby supplying at least a reactive species formed in a plasma, to an object through a reactive-species output port. The reactive-species supply device includes (a) a reactive-species outlet passage disposed between the electric discharge space and the reactive-species output port and (b) an earth ground member disposed in a portion of the reactive-species outlet passage. The portion of the reactive-species outlet passage is distant, by a given distance, from the reactive-species output port. Also disclosed is a surface treatment apparatus that includes the reactive-species supply device.

摘要: Provided is an alarm device capable of performing transmission and reception reliably while suppressing an amount of current consumption. An alarm device (100) includes: a fire detection circuit (7); a control circuit (1); and a transmitting/receiving circuit (5). The transmitting/receiving circuit (5) transmits the status signal to the another alarm device (100) with a transmission pattern formed by combining transmission periods and transmission suspension periods a predetermined number of times, and receives the status signal transmitted by the another alarm device (100) in an intermittent reception cycle. A time length of each of the transmission periods and the transmission suspension periods is set so that the another alarm device (100) that has failed to receive the status signal transmitted in a first intermittent reception cycle can receive the status signal in a second intermittent reception cycle and subsequent intermittent reception cycles.
