摘要： A vehicle seat construction includes a reinforcement member, which is secured on a frame of a vehicle seat main body, and anchor bars fixed on the reinforcement member such that connector portions of a child seat can be brought into releasable engagement with the anchor bars, respectively. The vehicle seat main body is provided with a seat cushion and a seatback. The anchor bars are fixed on upper portions of the reinforcement member, respectively, such that guide portions for guiding the corresponding connector portions of the child seat to the associated anchor bars are located below the anchor bars.

摘要： To utilize limited space in a vehicle cabin, a vehicular under-seat compartment mechanism includes a hinge mechanism, a compartment and a lock mechanism. The hinge mechanism interconnects a seat-frame and a seat-cushion in such a manner that the seat-cushion is pivotally rotatable with respect to the seat-frame. The compartment is disposed in the under-seat space under the seat and is formed an opening upwardly. The lock mechanism, integrated with the hinge mechanism, locks the seat-cushion at an upright position, at which the seat-cushion is pivotally flipped up about the hinge mechanism so that the compartment is accessible.

摘要： A vehicle seat stowing structure has seats provided on a floor. The seats are rotated rearwardly of a vehicle around a rotational shaft fixed to a vehicle body so that the bottom surface of each of seat cushions is directed to the inside of a passenger compartment. The seats are stowed in a recess formed in the floor. The floor is formed so that at least a part thereof extending between a portion provided forwardly of a place, at which the seats are installed, and a front edge of the recess is flat. A casing is provided at a place, which is located forwardly of the recess and faces the bottom surfaces of the seat cushions, on the floor.

摘要： A removable folding seat is equipped with a first locking member to lock the front lower portion of a seat frame removably to a floor, a second locking member to lock the rear lower portion of the seat frame removably to the floor, and a third locking member to hold the seat in a folding position. The first and third locking members are simultaneously driven by a first lever. The second and third locking members are driven by the common second lever. When the seat is in a seating position, the second lever is allowed to drive the second locking member and inhibited from driving the third locking member. Also, when the seat is in the folding position, the second lever is inhibited from driving the second locking member and allowed to drive the third locking member.

摘要： A seat for vehicle use, the front portion of which is capable of tipping up. The seat includes a seat back, a seat cushion, a tip-up unit which tips up a forward end side of the seat cushion from a base position to an upward tip-up position, and a rock unit which holds the seat cushion at at least one position between the base position and the tip-up position. The seat cushion includes a front seat cushion positioned at a front side of a vehicle and a rear seat cushion positioned at the rear of the front seat cushion. The front seat cushion is provided with the tip-up unit. The rock unit includes a first gear and a second gear both mutually engaged so as to permit tip-up motion of the seat cushion and restrict the tip-down motion of the seat cushion.
