摘要: An internal mixer and controller enables the phase difference and the speed ratio between two rotors to be changed without stopping the operation of the mixer. The internal mixer comprises: nonintermeshed first and second rotors disposed in a mixing chamber; first and second drive units; first and second phase measuring devices; first and second speed measuring devices; and a control unit for controlling the first and second drive units on the basis of signals from the first and second speed measuring devices and signals from the first and second phase measuring devices. The control unit controls the two rotors so as to synchronously rotate at the same speed on the basis of the signals from the speed measuring devices when the two rotors fixedly rotate at the same speed. When the phase difference between the two rotors is changed, the control unit calculates the phase difference from the signals from the phase measuring devices, compares the calculated phase difference with a set phase difference, and controls the second drive unit to change the speed of the second rotor, thereby changing the phase. When the phase difference is equal to the set phase difference, the control unit again controls the two rotors so as to synchronously rotate at the same speed on the basis of the signals from the speed measuring devices. When the two rotors are rotated at different speeds, the control unit controls the drive units so that the speed of each of the rotors is equal to the set speed, respectively, on the basis of the measured speed from speed measuring devices.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a control method for a kneader suitable for controlling the kneader so as to uniformly disperse a compounding agent in a high-molecular material, enabling energy saving. In controlling the kneader for charging the high-molecular material and the compounding agent into a kneading chamber and kneading the mixture of the high-molecular material and the compounding agent so as to uniformly disperse the compounding agent in the high-molecular material, the control method includes the steps of measuring a sound wave generating from the kneading chamber during kneading, detecting whether or not a waveform of the sound wave has become a waveform generating when the compounding agent is uniformly dispersed, and deciding that the kneading is ended if the waveform of the sound wave has become the waveform generating when the compounding agent is uniformly dispersed. It is preferable to perform envelope detection of the sound wave in controlling the kneader. Further, detection of a second torque peak of the kneader from the sound wave is effective for the control.

摘要: An image processing apparatus of the present invention includes: a signal correction means which corrects, in an RGB color space, RGB tone data which is RGB image data; and a comparison section which compares (i) a tonal value of a white point which is neither an origin nor maximum tonal values of R, G, and B in the RGB color space, and where tonal values of R, G, and B are identical to one another, with (ii) respective tonal values of R, G, B of the RGB tone data. (A) In case where the tonal values of R, G, and B are determined to be larger than the white point, the signal correction means corrects the tonal values of R, G, and B to be close to the white point. (B) In case where the tonal values of R, G, and B of the RGB tone data is determined to be smaller than the white point, the signal correction section corrects they tonal values of R, G, and B of the RGB tone data to be away from the white point. As a result, undercolor processing is precisely executed while the color reproducibility in a highlight is maintained.

摘要: In a color conversion section 10a, a mode judging section 31 judges a mode in effect: a copy mode or a printer mode, according to a mode judging signal. When the copy mode is identified, the mode judging section 31 supplied RGB data to a first color conversion process section 32, and the first color conversion section 32 carries out a first color conversion process in which a transitional color conversion value, which is color-transited from a precise color conversion value and a memory color conversion value, is set as a color conversion value with respect to memory color corresponding data. When the printer mode is identified, the mode judging section 31 supplies the RGB data to a second color conversion process section 33, and the second color conversion process section 33 carries out a second color conversion process in which the memory color conversion value is set as a color conversion value with respect to the memory color corresponding data.
