    摘要: A crystalline block copolymer containing at least a triblock or at least a radial structure and a process for producing the same, wherein at least one block comprising a vinyl aromatic compound having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not lower than 50.degree. C., at least one block comprising a conjugated diene polymer having a 1,4-trans linkage content, a Tg not higher than 10.degree. C. and crystallinity at 25.degree. C. and in which the crystalline block copolymer optionally which contains the radial structure further comprises a coupling agent. The polymer or the composition containing the same can be utilized for fixing materials of affected portions for medical purposes, protector materials for various sports, films, laminates, toys, artificial flowers, heat-sensitive sensors, coupling devices, insulating materials, framework materials, etc.

    摘要: A shape memory polymer resin, consisting essentially of a block copolymer having an A-B-A block structure in the polymer chain, and having a weight average molecular weight within the range of 10,000 to 1,000,000, wherein(a) block A is a polymer block comprising a homopolymer or a copolymer of a vinyl aromatic compound and/or a hydrogenated product thereof;(b) block B is a polymer block comprising a homopolymer or a copolymer of butadiene and/or a hydrogenated product thereof, the content of butadiene and/or the hydrogenated product thereof in block B being at least 80% by weight, and 80 to 91% of the linkages of the butadiene and/or the hydrogenated product thereof being 1,4-linkages;(c) at least 80% by weight of the conjugated diene in the block copolymer being hydrogenated; and(d) the block copolymer comprises 5 to 50% by weight of said block A; and a shape memory resin composition and a shape memorizing molded product thereof.The product of the present invention can be used for toys, bonding materials for singular pipes, internal laminating materials of pipes, lining materials, clamping pins, medical instrument materials such as gyps, etc., stationery and educational materials, artificial flower, doll, internal laminates of rolls of dot printer for computer, sound-proofing materials, members requiring deformation restoration after impact absorption such as automobile bumper, etc., gap preventing materials of partitioning members for house, portable vessel which is folded during nonuse and restored in shape during use, mechanical device such as coupling, etc., various heat shrinkable tubes, etc.

    摘要: A process for producing polymers of a conjugated diene, copolymers of a conjugated diene and another conjugated diene, or copolymers of conjugated diene and a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon, which comprises polymerizing the corresponding monomers in the presence of a complex initiator consisting of components (a) and (b) described below, or (a) and (b) together with one or more components selected from components (c) and (d); (a) An organic compound of barium, strontium or calcium; (b) An organolithium-beryllium compound or an organolithiummagnesium compound; (c) An organolithium compound, an organoberyllium compound or an organomagnesium compound; and (d) An organoaluminum compound or an organozinc compound. The polymers of a conjugated diene containing relatively high trans-1,4 linkage, or the copolymers of a conjugated diene and a vinyl aromatic compound highly randomized and having high bound styrene and high trans-1,4 linkage can be produced at good yields.

    摘要: An isoprene-butadiene copolymer rubber having improved processing properties which comprises a microstructure of the butadiene portion having from 70% to 90% of trans-1,4 linkage and from 2% to 8% of vinyl linkage, an isoprene content of from 3 to 25 wt %, and a styrene content of from 0 to 30 wt %, said copolymer rubber having a Mooney Viscosity of from 30 to 150, and a molecular weight distribution, Mw/Mn of from 1.2 to 3.5, said rubber, in the unelongated state, not showing a melting point measured by the differential calorimeter analysis method. The copolymer rubber of the present invention can be used for tires, for example, a tread and a carcass or for other rubber uses.
