摘要: A method for forming an isoporous graded film comprising multiblock copolymers and isoporous graded films. The films have a surface layer and a bulk layer. The surface layer can have at least 1×1014 pores/m2 and a pore size distribution (dmax/dmin)) of less than 3. The bulk layer has an asymmetric structure. The films can be used in filtration applications.

The functionalities can be incorporated by using any or all of appropriate initiators, monomers and terminating compounds. Such polymers exhibit excellent interactivity with both conventional and non-conventional fillers.

摘要: Provided is a hydrogenated block copolymer, which is a hydrogenation product of a block copolymer including a polymer block (A) containing more than 70 mol % of a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (B) containing 30 mol % or more of a structural unit derived from at least one selected from the group consisting of a conjugated diene compound and isobutylene, the hydrogenated block copolymer being satisfied with the following requirements (1) and (2): Requirement (1): the content of the polymer block (A) in the block copolymer is 1 to 30% by mass; and Requirement (2): when the polymer block (B) is regarded as having a structure with a hydrogenation rate of 100 mol %, an average value of a methylene chain length of a main chain of the structural unit derived from at least one selected from the group consisting of a conjugated diene compound and isobutylene is 1.0 to 6.0.

The styrenic block copolymer has a Copolymer Tan Delta Peak Temperature and the thermoplastic elastomer compound has a Compound Tan Delta Peak Temperature. The Compound Tan Delta Peak Temperature is greater than the Copolymer Tan Delta Peak Temperature. The article exhibits useful damping properties at or above room temperature while also exhibiting low compression set, which makes the article especially suitable for use as a seal or a gasket.

摘要: A block copolymer composition with a good balance of physical properties suitable for various types of packaging such as food product containers, beverage containers, industrial containers and blister packs, having excellent transparency, gloss, strength, rigidity and formability, having excellent anti-blocking properties and anti-sticking properties, and excelling in the aforementioned properties even when used in mixture with vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-type polymers is offered. A block copolymer composition of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene, wherein a block copolymer component (I) having a molecular weight peak in the range of molecular weight 150,000 to 300,000 and comprising tapered blocks has a conjugated diene content of 10 to 20 mass %; a block copolymer component (II) having a molecular weight peak in the range of molecular weight 50,000 to 140,000 and comprising tapered blocks has a conjugated diene content of 30 to 50 mass %; and a ratio (I)/(II) between molecular weight peak areas occupied by block copolymer component (I) and block copolymer component (II) in the block copolymer composition is 20/80 to 80/20.

摘要: To provide a resin composition containing a block copolymer of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene, from which a formed product such as a sheet or a film, having excellent transparency and impact resistance, can be obtained.A resin composition containing a block copolymer of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene, which satisfies the following (A) to (D): (A) the content ratio (mass) of the conjugated diene is from 22 to 32%, (B) the block ratio of the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon is from 90 to 98%, (C) Mw/Mn (wherein Mw is the weight average molecular weight and Mn is the number average molecular weight) is from 1.1 to 1.6 obtained by GPC by differential refractive index method, (D) the loss tangent (tan δ) obtained by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement has one local maximum value (tan δ (max)) within a temperature range of from −90 to −30° C., and tan δ (tan δ (max+30° C.)) at a temperature higher by 30° C. than the temperature at the local maximum value (tan δ peak temperature) is at least 0.6 relative to tan δ (tan δ (max)) at the temperature at the local maximum value.
