摘要: A vehicular lamp has a light source unit having an LED and an optical element that performs light distribution control for directing light from the LED in a predetermined direction, a heat sink to which the light source unit is attached, and a lamp chamber in which the light source unit is disposed. The LED is an LED module formed by installing an LED chip on a power supply circuit board. The LED module is installed on a circuit board installation portion of the heat sink, and an attachment, which has a frame shape a size larger than the LED module and has a circuit board retaining portion at a center open portion of the attachment, is attached and fixed to the heat sink by a fixing member, whereby the LED module is held between the attachment and the circuit board installation portion.

摘要: A vehicular light source unit includes: an LED element integrated with a pair of plate-like feeding terminals; and an LED socket including a pair of plate spring-like conductive terminals in which movable portions and supporting portions that are integrally formed by a conductive member hold the pair of feeding terminals from both sides, and a resin housing integrated with the pair of conductive terminals. The LED element is detachably supported by the plate spring-like conductive terminals through the feeding terminals and receives a power supply from both sides of the feeding terminals.

摘要: A lighting device 1 for a vehicle comprises a lighting unit having such a structure that a light emitting unit 9 including a set of light emitting elements 9a, 9a, . . . is connected in parallel. In the case in which the breakage of the light emitting unit is detected by first breakage detecting means 10A, the generation of the breakage related to the light emitting unit is displayed by display means 11. In the case in which the generation of the breakage of at least a predetermined number of light emitting units is detected by second breakage detecting means 10B, an alarm is given by flashing a light emitting unit in which the breakage is not detected or a lighting unit including only the light emitting unit in a shorter flashing cycle than a flashing cycle obtained before the detection of the breakage.

摘要: Optical axes are simultaneously adjusted when a plurality of lighting device units 30, the light sources of which are light emitting elements 34, are tiltably supported by the common unit support member 20. In this case, the positioning recess portion 20d is provided which is composed so that the light source fixing portion 20B1 formed in a plurality of portions of the unit support member 20 can be contacted with the back face 42a and the outer circumferential face 42b of the support plate 42 for supporting the light emitting element 34. Due to the foregoing, the light emitting element 34 can be highly accurately attached to the unit support member 20, and the optical axes Ax, of the lighting device units 30 can be put in order.
