摘要： A heat exchanger has a flat tube and a header in communication with the flat tube. The flat tube has a flat passage part and a groove part. The flat passage part defines a fluid passage therein. The groove part extends along the flat passage part. An end of the groove part is recessed from an end of the flat passage part in a longitudinal direction of the flat tube. The header has a tube insertion hole having a shape corresponding to an outline of the flat passage part. The end of the flat passage part is received in and fixed to the tube insertion hole of the header.

摘要： A heat exchanger includes flat tubes and corrugated fins. The corrugated fin includes peak portions contacting the adjacent tubes, and flat portions for making air to pass therebetween in an air flow direction. The flat portion has a first area including pairs of end louvers provided in end portions of the flat portion in a width direction between the adjacent tubes, and a flat part provided between the end louvers in the width direction. The pairs of the end louvers are arranged in the flat portion in the air flow direction. The first area is provided at least one of an upstream end portion and a downstream end portion of the flat portion in the air flow direction.

摘要： A heat exchanger comprises: a plurality of plate-shaped fins, which are laminated on each other at predetermined intervals, on which a plurality of insertion holes having burring portions are formed; and a plurality of tubes inserted into the insertion holes, wherein the burring portions and the tubes are brazed to each other, and at least the burring portions of the plate-shaped fins are composed of a plurality of metallic layers for displacing the burring portions to the side of the insertion holes according to a rise in temperature at the time of brazing.

摘要： In a heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between a first fluid and a second fluid, a corrugated plate is provided in a first tube defining a first fluid passage through which the first fluid flows. The corrugated plate forms ridges and grooves. Walls between the ridges and grooves include first walls, second walls and third walls. Each first wall defines an opening between its second end and a second side wall of the first tube. Each second wall defines openings at its first and second ends. Each third wall defines an opening between its first end and the first side wall of the first tube. The first to third walls are reiterative in an order of the first wall, the second wall, the third wall and the second wall. Therefore, the first fluid makes double serpentine flows each of which makes alternately large and small turns.

摘要： A heat exchanger includes a first tube in which water flows and a second tube in which refrigerant flows, and performs heat exchange between water and refrigerant. The first tube and the second tube are bonded to each other by brazing at joint surfaces thereof such that water flow crosses refrigerant flow perpendicularly. The joint surface of the first tube is divided into several surface regions by grooves. Accordingly, the joint surface of the first tube can be brazed to the joint surface of the second tube uniformly.
