    摘要: The present invention is a method of pickling of steel plate which contains silicon comprising applying ultrasonic waves of at least two types of frequencies of 28.0 kHz or more to less than 1.0 MHz to an acidic cleaning solution which contains microbubbles and, in that state, dipping the steel plate which contains silicon in that cleaning solution. The present invention is a continuous pickling system of steel plate which contains silicon which is provided with at least a support part which supports the steel plate, a conveyor which makes the steel plate move, and a pickling tank which pickles the steel plate, wherein the pickling tank has means for feeding microbubbles and means for applying ultrasonic waves of at least two types of frequencies of 28.0 kHz or more to less than 1.0 MHz.

The adjustable resistor portion is positioned outside of the sliding range of the slider. Engagement portions engaging an uneven portion of a top surface of a flange portion of the rotary body protrude from the operative element. The leaf spring is brought into elastic contact with the top surface of the operative element.

The flat plate section is made of metal thin plate and double-backed such that an end of the flat plate section is placed on a root side and a bent point works as an insertion tip when the terminal is inserted into the through-hole. The resilient contacting sections sandwich the double-backed portion of the flat plate section such that they are placed symmetrically with respect to the double-backed portion and both of the ridges of the resilient contacting section face outward viewed from the double-backed portion, so that each one of the resilient contacting sections forms a V-shape including an obtuse angle.

    摘要: Operating rod 21 is provided with a spherical portion 21B that has a polygon shape in the horizontal cross section, which is engaged with a polygonal opening 23C provided above a central opening 23A of a revolving member 23 so that the two items make a same revolution together, yet the operating rod 21 can make a free up-down movement independently. The operating rod 21 has a pushing portion 21D at the lower end; upper surface of which pushing portion 21D is keeping an elastic contact to a middle ring-platform 23B of the revolving member 23 via a washer 4. So, even when the operating rod 21 is positioned slightly aslant, it can perform both revolving and up-down actions smoothly. In an electronic appliance incorporating the revolving operation electronic component of the above structure, the clearance margin to be provided in relation to an operating knob and an aperture for the knob can be made small. Thus the electronic component in accordance with the present invention contributes to offer electronic appliances of high quality-grade with which a smooth feeling of operation is assured.
