摘要： A positional-information acquiring unit acquires positional information relating to a position of an object or a user in a predetermined region. An extracting unit extracts a hierarchized region where the object or the user exists, based on the acquired positional information. A selection receiving unit receives a selection of a desired region from among the extracted hierarchized regions. An information acquiring unit acquires the reference information corresponding to the selected region from the region correspondence information. An output unit outputs the acquired reference information.

摘要： A folder generating system includes a location managing unit, an identification information controlling unit, an extracting unit, and a folder generating unit. The location managing unit stores information of personnel, including a first member having a first identification, with respective identifications, detection locations and detection time. The identification information controlling unit receives the first identification from the first member when the first member requests a folder generation at a reference time. The extracting unit searches the location managing unit for a latest location of the first member using the first identification, and extracts identifications of other members, being presented with the first member at a substantially same time, by searching the location managing unit using the latest location of the first member. The folder generating unit generates a folder accessible by the first member and other members having the identifications extracted by the extracting unit.

If MR or MMR codes are used, the run length codes include information concerning relationship between color-changing pixels situated on an immediately preceding decoded scan line and color-changing pixels situated on a scan line currently being decoded which is located immediately below the immediately preceding decoded scan line. By appropriately using this information concerning the relationship of the color-changing pixels between adjacent two scan lines, continuity of black-pixel runs present on the scan line currently being decoded with black-pixel runs present on the immediately preceding decoded scan line is determined.
