    摘要: An intake-air control device for an internal combustion engine in which a sensor member can be positioned further accurately is provided. A throttle position sensor includes magnetic field generating means and a magnetic field detecting assembly. The magnetic field detecting assembly includes a plurality of terminal leads, a resin holder secured on the plurality of terminal leads, a sensor member generating a sensor output, and a resin mold body including the plurality of terminal leads, the holder, and the sensor member insert-molded. The resin holder includes a supporting surface which is located on a plane intersecting substantially perpendicularly to an axial line of a throttle shaft, and the sensor member includes a resin mold coat having first and second main surfaces opposing substantially in parallel to each other. The sensor member is held in the resin mold body with the first main surface of the resin mold coat in contact with the supporting surface.

An electromagnetic valve according to the present invention includes: a housing (10) having an inflow hole (11) and a discharge hole (13); a valve seat (15) secured in position inside the housing (10); a shut-off valve (16) adapted to come into contact with one surface of the valve seat (15) to shut off a working fluid flowing into the housing (10) through the inflow hole (11); a pressure regulating valve (17) provided coaxially with the axis of the shut-off valve (16) and adapted to control the amount of working fluid flowing to the exterior of the housing (10) through the discharge hole (13) by adjusting the dimension of a gap between itself and the other surface of the valve seat (15); a sleeve (18) fixed to the housing (10) and adapted to guide the shut-off valve (16) in the direction of the axis; and a guide portion (23) adapted to guide the pressure regulating valve (17) in the direction of the axis, in which the valve seat (15) is integrated with the sleeve (18) and fixed to the guide portion (23).

    摘要: A high-pressure fuel pump of a simple construction is capable of distributing the position of contact between a tappet and a cam so as to improve durability of the tappet without causing seizure of a piston. A cylinder is arranged in a housing, and the piston is received in the cylinder for sliding reciprocation so that fuel is sucked into the cylinder and pressurized by the piston. The tappet is arranged inside one end of the housing for reciprocation, and contacts the cam, which rotates with a camshaft of an engine, so as transmit a driving force of the engine to the piston. A sleeve is arranged between the tappet and the housing, and clearance fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the tappet and an inner peripheral surface of the housing. The tappet is caused to rotate on its own axis by a frictional force generated between the cam and the tappet.

    摘要: Disclosed is an electromagnetic valve in which a force due to a working fluid from an inflow hole acting perpendicularly with respect to the axis of a shut-off valve is reduced to thereby reduce the sliding resistance of the shut-off valve. An electromagnetic valve according to the present invention includes: a housing (10) having an inflow hole (11), an inner flow path (12), and a discharge hole (13); a valve seat (15) secured in position inside the housing (10); a shut-off valve (16) adapted to abut one surface of the valve seat (15) to shut off the working fluid flowing into the inner flow path (12) through the inflow hole (11); and a pressure regulating valve (17) provided coaxially with the shut-off valve (16) and adapted to control, through adjustment of the dimensions of a gap between itself and the other surface of the valve seat (15), the amount of working fluid flowing to the exterior of the housing (10) through the discharge hole (13). In the electromagnetic valve, the housing (10) is equipped with a whirling member for causing the working fluid having flowed into the inner flow path (12) through the inflow hole (11) to whirl in one direction.

The shaft is rotatably provided across an intake passage. The throttle valve is fixed to the shaft. The final spur gear is fixed to an end portion of the shaft. The drive motor applies a rotational force to the final spur gear. A full closure stopper determines a full closure position of the throttle valve, and full opening stopper determines a full opening position of the throttle valve. The final spur gear is provided with the collision portion, which collides with the full closure stopper and the full opening stopper to stop rotation of the final spur gear. The collision portion has a notch portion formed therein, defining a full-closure-side collision member that is elastically deformed through collision with the full closure stopper and a full-opening-side collision member that is elastically deformed through collision with the full opening stopper.
