    摘要: A switching valve includes main valve constituted of a five-port electromagnetic switching valve settable to a closed-center position, and a residual pressure exhaust valve including an exhaust valve cavity communicating with a supply port of the main valve and two exhaust ports, two residual pressure discharge flow paths respectively communicating with the exhaust ports, two exhaust valve elements placed inside the exhaust valve cavity and driven by pressure air from the supply port to open and close the residual pressure discharge flow paths, and a release spring that biases the exhaust valve element in a direction to open the residual pressure discharge flow paths. While the pressure air is not supplied into the exhaust valve cavity through the supply port, the exhaust valve element opens the residual pressure discharge flow paths so as to discharge residual pressure from the exhaust port, and when pressure air is supplied into the exhaust valve cavity the exhaust valve element closes the residual pressure discharge flow path, and hence the residual pressure is not discharged from the exhaust port.

The membrane plate is clamped between the first main body and the second main body. The second main body at one side of the membrane plate is connected with the sensor. The sensor is used to detect the inputted air pressure. When the air is over, the air can be depressurized by the depressurization unit. The control valve of the present invention is applied to input and control the air of the air cushion bed, having depressurization and air detection functions.

    摘要: A lift axle control module is disclosed that is simpler than prior art lift axle control systems, and does not require cycling the input pressure to the regulator. The module includes a housing fluidly connected to a first pressurized air supply and having one chamber with a load bladder port, a second chamber with a lift bladder port, and a common vent port. A pilot pressure is selectively provided for switching the module between the retracted and deployed modes. When the control module is set to the retracted mode, the lift bladders are pressurized to the system pressure, and the load bladders are vented. When the control module is set to the deployed mode, the lift bladders are vented and the load bladders are inflated and maintained at the regulated pressure.

    摘要: The present invention intends to provide a hydraulic signal output device having a smaller installation space, and thereby enabling to make an installation space of hydraulic machines in an operation room smaller and that of other than the hydraulic machines larger. In addition to this, the present invention intends to allow externally restricting an operation in the operation room. In order to attain the intentions, in a hydraulic signal output device of the present invention, a PPC valve, an EPC valve and a shuttle valve are integrally formed. In one invention, in addition to the above, a pressure oil output port in a pressure-reducing valve in the PPC valve is communicated with a pressure oil input port of a switching valve in an electromagnetic valve, and a pressure oil output port of the switching valve in the electromagnetic valve is communicated with a pilot pipe line.

    摘要: The present invention provides a hydraulic controller comprising: a plurality of switching spools; a plurality of cylinder ports of a switching valve; a compressed oil passage common to the switching valves having an intermediate chambers, at least a check valve in correspondence with at least a part of said switching spools, and said check valve being positioned between said intermediate chambers and said cylinder ports, so that said switching spools being positioned in a neutral position to close said passage and also being movable to adjust opening degree of said passage, wherein auxiliary ports are provided between the cylinder ports and a tank line; flow rate adjusters are also provided between the auxiliary ports and the tank line for adjusting an opening degree of the passage; pressure detectors are provided in the switching valves for detecting pressures of oils in the intermediate chambers; a maximum pressure selector operatively linked to said pressure detectors for selecting a maximum pressure from the detected pressures by the pressure detectors; whereby the pressures of said intermediate chambers are applied to the flow rate adjusters in an opening direction, while the selected maximum pressure selected by said maximum pressure selector is applied to the flow rate adjusters in a closing direction.
