摘要: A method is performed by a wireless device for communication in a non-terrestrial network, NTN, comprising at least a first non-terrestrial network node and a second non-terrestrial network node. The method includes determining an estimated location of the wireless device. The method further includes obtaining first location information associated with the first non-terrestrial network node and second location information associated with the second non-terrestrial network node. The method further includes calculating an estimated signal time arrival difference based on the location of the wireless device, the first location information, and the second location information. The method further includes using the estimated signal time arrival difference to provision an NTN-specific synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel, SS/PBCH, block measurement timing configuration, NTN-SMTC.

摘要: A method for performing radio link monitoring comprises performing, by a user equipment (UE), a radio link monitoring (RLM) procedure with first RLM parameters; receiving, at the UE, a message including at least one second RLM parameter; identifying, by the UE, a difference between the first RLM parameters and the at least one second RLM parameter; and resetting, at the UE, at least one of the first RLM parameters in response to identifying the difference between the first RLM parameters and the at least one second RLM parameter. The method may configure the UE upon performing RLM by adapting the difference between the current RLM parameters and the future parameters, so that the UE behavior may become clear.

Embodiments include triggering the sending of ephemeris data, or other data, in a neighboring cell into which a user equipment is moving. The user equipment can send, while in a first cell, a request for triggering broadcast of data in the neighboring cell, according to configuration information. The user equipment can then enter the neighboring cell and receive the data.

摘要: According to some embodiments, a method in a wireless device of limiting transmission of measurement reports comprises receiving a first measurement triggering event for an event type. The first measurement triggering event is associated with a first wireless signal. The method further comprises: transmitting a measurement report for the first measurement triggering event; initiating a measurement reporting limiting procedure for the event type; and receiving a second measurement triggering event for the event type. The second measurement triggering event is associated with a second wireless signal different than the first wireless signal. The method further comprises determining the measurement reporting limiting procedure is active for the event type and determining not to transmit a measurement report for the second measurement triggering event. In some embodiments, the wireless device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
