摘要： The disclosure provides a method and network entity for scheduling a device-do-device (D2D) wireless device using resource blocks (RBs) of active cellular wireless devices in a wireless network. The method includes determining a power allocation for each of the RBs based on achieving a target rate for the D2D wireless device and the active cellular wireless devices, and scheduling the D2D wireless device based on the determined power allocation.
