    摘要: A sensing system includes a frame having a first boundary, a second boundary, a third boundary and a fourth boundary and defining a sensing area therein, a light source module for providing light to the sensing area, a first image sensor, a second image sensor, a third image sensor and a mirror component. The first image sensor is disposed between two neighboring ends of the first and second boundaries. The second image sensor is disposed between two neighboring ends of the second and third boundaries. The third image sensor is disposed between two neighboring ends of the first and fourth boundaries. The mirror component is disposed at the fourth boundary. A locating method of the sensing system can determine a location of a pointer accurately and avoid a problem of a blind zone.

    摘要: An image sensing module includes an image sensor and a sensing controller. The image sensor captures an image with a first frequency. The sensing controller determines whether the image sensor has detected an object according to the image. When the sensing controller determines that the image sensor has detected an object, the sensing controller switches the image sensor to capture the image with a second frequency for the image sensor to continuously detect the location of the object. By setting the first frequency higher than the second frequency, the image-sensing module detects the object in real time and the power consumption of the image-sensing module continuously detecting the location of the object is saved as well.

    摘要: A locating method for an optical touch device to calculate a position of a light blocking object is provided. The optical touch device includes a number of image detecting components. Each of the image detecting components includes a number of pixels arranged in a straight line. In the locating method, the pixels of each of the image detecting components are at least divided into a first group and a second group. When the first group detects a dark point caused by the light blocking object, the position of the dark point is calculated using a first calculating method. When the second group detects the dark point, the position of the dark point is calculated using a second calculating method. The locating method can determine the position of the light blocking object accurately. An optical touch device that is suitable for using the locating method is also provided.

    摘要: An image sensing module includes an image sensor and a sensing controller. The image sensor captures an image with a first frequency. The sensing controller determines whether the image sensor has detected an object according to the image. When the sensing controller determines that the image sensor has detected an object, the sensing controller switches the image sensor to capture the image with a second frequency for the image sensor to continuously detect the location of the object. By setting the first frequency higher than the second frequency, the image-sensing module detects the object in real time and the power consumption of the image-sensing module continuously detecting the location of the object is saved as well.

    摘要: A locating method for an optical touch device to calculate a position of a light blocking object is provided. The optical touch device includes a number of image detecting components. Each of the image detecting components includes a number of pixels arranged in a straight line. In the locating method, the pixels of each of the image detecting components are at least divided into a first group and a second group. When the first group detects a dark point caused by the light blocking object, the position of the dark point is calculated using a first calculating method. When the second group detects the dark point, the position of the dark point is calculated using a second calculating method. The locating method can determine the position of the light blocking object accurately. An optical touch device that is suitable for using the locating method is also provided.

    摘要: An exemplary touch-control system and an exemplary touch-sensing method thereof are provided. The touch-control system comprises a touch-control panel, at least an image sensing apparatus and a processing circuit. The touch-control panel has a touch surface and adopts a touch-sensing structure. The touch-sensing structure comprises at least a plurality of conducting wires paralleled to each other. The image sensing apparatus is used for sensing an image of the touch surface. When two pointers touch the touch surface, the processing circuit acquires the information related to the positions of the pointers in the touch surface by the conducting wires and the processing circuit, so as to acquire the actual touch positions of the pointers according to the sensing results of the two sensing manners.

    摘要: A 3-point positioning device senses a scene including an auxiliary positioning module by means of an image sensor, and accordingly generates a sensed image. The auxiliary positioning module comprises a first, a second, and a third auxiliary positioning units. By means of the sensed image, the 3-point positioning device recognizes a first, a second, and a third sensing units of the image sensor corresponding to the first, the second, and the third auxiliary positioning units. In this way, the 3-point positioning device can calculate out an absolute location of the auxiliary positioning module according to the locations or the received power of the first, the second, and the third sensing units.

    摘要: A sensing system includes a panel, a reflective element, an image sensor, a processor, a first light guide rod, a second light guide rod and a light source module. The panel has a plane and a first area and a third area located at the plane. The third area in the first area is smaller than or equal to the first area. The first area has four boundaries connected in order. A reflective mirror plane of the reflective element disposed at the first boundary mirrors the first and third areas. The image sensor disposed at the intersection of the third and fourth boundaries is electrically connected to the processor. The first and the second light guide rods are disposed at the second and the third boundaries respectively. The light source module is adapted to emit light passing through the first and the second light guide rods to the image sensor.

    摘要: An optical touch device includes a light guide module including a first light guide component, a second light guide component, a third light guide component and a fourth light guide component, a light source module including a first light emitting component and a second light emitting component for emitting light alternately and an image detecting module disposed between two neighboring ends of the first light guide component and the second light guide component. The third light guide component and the fourth light guide component are mirror light guide components. A field of view of the image detecting module covers the third light guide component and the fourth light guide component. The optical touch device can avoid a blind zone and can be used as a dual-touch device or a multi-touch device. A locating method and a linear source module are also provided.
