    摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide methods of producing human collagen molecules that are easy to isolate and purify and that have a structure substantially equivalent to that of a natural collagen molecule, wherein host cells that are transduced with a collagen gene synthesize large amounts of human collagen protein derived from a gene introduced into a high exogenous gene expression vector. Another objective of the present invention is to provide collagen molecules produced by the production methods.The present inventors discovered that a large amount of human collagen hardly contaminated with host cell-derived collagen could be produced, by selecting from various mammalian cells a host cell that has low collagen expression and introducing a collagen gene construct into a vector capable of high exogenous gene expression.

    摘要: The invention aims at improving the uniformity in gap between an array substrate and a color filter substrate of a liquid crystal display device to be manufactured by a multi-panel forming process filling liquid crystal by a liquid crystal dripping method. A liquid crystal display device of the invention comprises an array substrate having a plurality of first seal frames each forming a panel area to become a display portion and a second seal frame containing these seal frames thereinside and being of a completely closed shape as a whole outside these first seal frames. The liquid crystal display device of the invention has a structure in which the whole inside of the second seal frame including the insides of the first seal frames of the array substrate is filled with liquid crystal by a liquid crystal dripping method and thereafter the color filter substrate is stuck on the array substrate. The invention makes it possible to manufacture a liquid crystal display device of an aggregate liquid crystal display panel structure improved in uniformity of gap between both substrates by means of this structure.
