摘要:
A rotation angle detector is arranged to detect a rotation angle of an object. The rotation angle detector includes a rotor that rotates about a rotation axis according to a rotation of the object, a detecting unit for detecting a rotation of the rotor, a controller for detecting a rotation angle of the rotor based on a detection signal output from the detecting unit, and a case for accommodating the rotor rotatably. The case has at least three elongate holes provided therein. The elongated holes have longitudinal directions extending radially from the rotation axis of the rotor.

Provided is an evaluation probe capable of optically evaluating permeability of a substance through a central nervous system tissue. Also provided is an evaluation method for permeability of a substance through a central nervous system tissue using an evaluation probe for central nervous system permeability. Also provided is a screening method using an evaluation probe for central nervous system permeability. The evaluation probe for central nervous system permeability includes, as an active ingredient, at least one kind of compound represented by the following general formula (1).

An image display system includes a light sensor operable to change a detection sensitivity. The light sensor outputs a signal according to an intensity of external light exerting an influence on a screen of a display apparatus and to the detection sensitivity. An illuminance acquisition part of a display control apparatus acquires illuminance by the external light based on the signal output from the light sensor. Moreover, a display adjuster adjusts a displaying state of the display apparatus in accordance with the illuminance by the external light acquired by the illuminance acquisition part. A sensitivity changer periodically alternates between a “low sensitivity” of the detection sensitivity and a “high sensitivity” of the detection sensitivity of the light sensor. Thus, even when changing significantly, the illuminance by the external light can be accurately and speedily acquired.

Each protrusion (42) of a first electrode (40) is formed to have a long plate-like shape extending across a plurality of grid holes (46) of the first electrode (40). Each grid hole (56) of a second electrode (50) is formed to have an elongate shape extending to conform to each corresponding one of the protrusions (42) of the first electrode (40). Protrusions (52) of the second electrode (50) are arranged in the longitudinal direction at end portions (54a) on the long sides of the respective grid holes (56) of the second electrode (50), so as to conform to the grid holes (46) of the first electrode (40).

An inputting device includes an actuator that can move and rotate, a rotation sensor for detecting a rotation of the actuator, a movement sensor for detecting that the actuator moves to a predetermined position, and a rotation suppressor for preventing the actuator from rotating when the actuator moves to the predetermined position and for allowing the actuator to rotate when the actuator is not positioned at the predetermined position. This input device prevents erroneous operation and performs various operations.
