    摘要: A motor for use in magnetic fields generated for medical imaging. The motor comprises a stator. The stator includes a piezoelectric material and is configured to generate vibrations when subjected to a voltage gradient. A rotor is arranged and configured so that vibrations generated in the stator will propel the rotor. A drive shaft is connected to the rotor. The rotor and drive shaft are formed from a material that has a magnetic susceptibility that is about the same as the magnetic susceptibility of water.

    摘要: A communication device is disclosed for communicating telemetry data relating to a fluid, which is passed through a group of concatenated containers such as pipes, tanks and the like in a process installation, to a data processing device. The communication device includes a measuring sensor which can be spatially separated from the data processing device, the measuring sensor having a transponder and a converter for converting a physical variable of the fluid into an electrical variable. The measuring sensor can communicate with a reading device assigned to the data processing device, the measuring sensor being concomitantly loosely guided in the fluid.

    摘要: An apparatus for the mounting of semiconductor chips comprises a bondhead with a pick-up tool with a longitudinal drill hole to which vacuum can be applied for the gripping and transport of a semiconductor chip. To detect whether the pick-up tool has gripped the semiconductor chip, a body with a reflecting surface is arranged in the longitudinal drill hole of the pick-up tool which, when passing over the light source on absence of the semiconductor chip deflects light shining from underneath into the longitudinal drill hole of the pick-up tool into a horizontal plane. The pick-up tool has locations which are pervious to the deflected light of the light source. At least one optical element is arranged on the bondhead which concentrates at least part of the deflected light emerging laterally from the pick-up tool onto a photosensor.

    摘要: A method and system for operating a bus master on a field bus on the basis of the master/slave principle in the event of a fault. The field bus has at least one slave connected to it and the bus master runs a separate state table for each connected slave. The state table stores the operating state of each individual slave and each state table is deleted when initialization takes place for the first time. In the event of a fault, the bus master is reinitialized such that a check is run to ascertain whether full initialization has taken place for each connected slave as assumed, and, if it has, the content of each state table is retained in unmodified form, and, if it has not, the state table for the affected slave is deleted and the bootstrap initialization is imposed.
