    摘要: A management system of blade server is described. The system comprises at least two management blades and a middle interface. The two management blades become one master management blade to control directly the system and a slave management blade prepared to control the system when the system is turned on. The middle interface installs server blades, switch blades and the management blades thereon according to the actual request. A COM port is a main interconnecting line between the management blades and a LAN port is an auxiliary interconnecting line. The system can directly exchange the master management blade and the slave management blades by way of application software. The slave management blade is promoted to master management blade immediately when the original master management blade fails to work.

The field bus has at least one slave connected to it and the bus master runs a separate state table for each connected slave.     摘要: Messages consisting of an arbitration field followed by a data field circulate in a single-channel bus system. The stations comprise a storage element for an intended delay time between a locally formed signal transition and a resultant detectable signal transition. The stations also comprise a continuous sequencer for the successive bit cells. When a signal transition is detected, the sequencers are loaded with the position of the storage element, so that they are synchronized. In the case of a transmission operation, the delay is measured, so as to update the contents of the storage element.

    摘要: Packets received by a network device are assigned to packet flows defined by shared packet characteristics. The packet flows belong to a first category containing packet flows that are to be granted access to the shared resource periodically and with a fixed time interval between subsequent grants of access to the shared resource, or a second category containing packet flows not included in the first category. A periodic schedule that allocates the shared resource to the packet flows in the first category is determined. The periodic schedule includes one or more empty time slots during which the shared resource is not granted to any packet flow in the first category. Access to the shared resource is granted to packet flows in the first category according to the periodic schedule, and is granted packet flows in the second category during the empty time slots in the periodic schedule.
