摘要: The present invention provides a method and a press in a machine for producing or processing a material web, in particular a fibrous web, the press including a roller whose outer jacket is jointly enwrapped, at least in one wrap zone, respectively by at least a press belt, a support belt and a belt for dispersing water from the material web. The water-dispersing belt is located on the inside in contact with the outer jacket of the roller, the press belt on the outside and the support belt between the press belt and the water-dispersing belt. The material web is guided between the support belt and the water-dispersing belt through the wrap zone. At the end of the wrap zone, first the press belt is lifted off the support belt and then the support belt with the material web is lifted off the water dispersing belt.

摘要: The invention relates to a device (11) for stabilising the transport of a material web (12) on the upper face of an air-permeable machine clothing (10), in particular a fibrous web. The device is located on the underside of the machine clothing directly upstream of an intake nip in the direction of travel (17) of the web, said nip being formed by a roll (5) and the machine clothing, and comprises a first negative-pressure zone (19) and at least one vacuum opening (20) that faces essentially in the opposite direction to the direction of travel of the web, communicating with the first negative-pressure zone of the device. This permits the boundary layer (23) of air that is carried along by the underside of the machine clothing to be at least partially sucked from said clothing into the first negative-pressure zone.

摘要: This invention relates to a machine for the production of a tissue paper web with a forming section in which the tissue paper web is formed from a pulp suspension on a skin and with a nip which is formed between the cylindrical surface of a drying cylinder, in particular a Yankee drying cylinder, and a mating surface and through which the tissue paper web can be conveyed together with the skin. The configuration of the machine is variable such that, depending on the quality of the tissue paper to be produced, for example its absorbency or tear resistance, the skin is either a three-dimensionally structured skin, a structured mesh, a non-structured skin, or a felt, whereby the mating surface is formed by the cylindrical surface of a press roller which includes a suction zone and in which provision is made for bores communicating with the suction zone.
