摘要： In order to enable removal of any quantity of product with a container (1) with a device (2) to discharge product, particularly trickling or free-flowing product, with a reservoir (3) to hold the product, a product discharge opening (4), and a connection (5) between the reservoir (3) and the device (2), it is suggested that the container (1) have a channel (6), made of flexible material, which is provided for routing the product from the reservoir (3) up to the product discharge opening (4), that the device (2) have a clamping element (7) for optional clamping and releasing of the channel (6), that the clamping element (7) be spring-loaded in the direction of the channel (6) using a spring (8), and that an actuator device (9) be connected to the clamping element (7) via actuation mechanics (10), to enable optional clamping of the channel (6) via manual actuation of the actuator device (9).

The hinge (6) is provided in order to be able to swivel the lid (3) selectively into a closed position, in which the opening (4) is sealed by an inner surface (8) of the casing member (7), and into an open position, in which the opening (4) is not covered by the casing member (7). A connection (9), especially a screw thread, is used for mounting the closure cap (1) on the container and for supplying product from the container via a slot (10) in the closure cap (1) to the product dispensing channel (5). In order to be able to place the lid (3) on the casing member (7) with relatively little exertion of force (7), the hinge (6) is designed as a snap-on connection.

The flip closure comprises: a first part with an outer circumferential first sealing element, and a second part with an outer circumferential second sealing element, the first part connected to the second part by a hinge which allows rotational movement of one of the two parts around an axis into an open or a closed position of the flip closure, the second sealing element divided into a hinge region and a non-hinge region, wherein in the hinge region a height of the second sealing element is adapted to the rotational movement, the first sealing element which in the closed position engages with the second sealing element provides a form-fit, wherein the second sealing element in the non-hinge region has a height which is greater than the height in the hinge region. Further, a container having such a flip closure is provided.
