    摘要: The present invention provides an optical film comprising a substrate having a first optical surface and a second surface and a micro structure layer on the first optical surface of the substrate, wherein the micro structure layer comprises a plurality of first light-adjusting structures selected from the group consisting of prism columnar structures, conical columnar structures, solid angle structures and orange-segment like structures and a combination thereof and a plurality of second light-adjusting structures selected from the group consisting of arc columnar structures, lens-like structures, and capsule-like structures and a combination thereof, wherein at least a portion of the second light-adjusting structures has a height greater than those of all the first light-adjusting structures. The optical film of the present invention will not suffer the damage caused on the microstructure layers while achieving a light-gathering effect and effectively reducing optical interference.

    摘要: A composite optical film is provided. The composite optical film sequentially includes a substrate, a light diffusion layer, and a light-gathering layer. The light diffusion layer includes a binder and plural micro beads dispersed therein. The thickness of the light diffusion layer is 2-6 times of the average diameter of the micro beads, and the distance between adjacent micro beads is smaller than the average diameter of the micro beads. The light-gathering layer has plural light-gathering micro structures.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an optical film comprising a substrate having microstructures and a resin coating disposed on the microstructures of the substrate. The resin coating comprising a plurality of organic particles and a binder. The microstructures comprise a plurality of columnar structures which are equilateral, and the organic particles are tangent to the columnar structures. The height of the organic particles is not less than the height of the columnar structures. The optical film of the present invention enables the organic particles to be uniformly and orderly distributed so that the transmitting light is homogenized and the brightness can be enhanced.

The coating composition of the present invention can be coated onto a substrate and provides good anti-UV effect. The invention also provides a film comprising a substrate wherein at least one surface of said substrate has at least one coating layer formed from the anti-UV coating composition of the present invention. The film of the subject invention can enhance brightness, has good weather resistance, can absorb UV light, and can effectively solve the yellowing problem of the substrate.
