    摘要: An electric brake device comprises a caliper holding braking members and having an electric motor attached thereto, a reduction mechanism for transmitting an input rotation of one input element thereof from the electric motor to two output elements thereof at reduced speeds, a rotation-linear motion converting mechanism for converting the rotation of one of the output elements into a linear motion of one of the braking members, and a thrust force support member connected to the other output element and screw-engaged with the caliper, wherein the rotation-linear motion converting mechanism is supported by the thrust force support member to be movable together in a thrust direction and is provided with rotation limiting portions for limiting the rotation in a reverse direction of the one output element to a predetermined range, and wherein the thrust force support member is set to be greater in resistance to operation than the rotation-linear motion converting mechanism.

    摘要: In the interior of a brake drum, the arrangement space in the rotational axis direction of the brake drum is spacious in comparison with that in the direction orthogonal to the rotational axis direction in which an anchor portion, hub components on the vehicle body side and the like are arranged. An electric parking brake device is provided with the anchor portion that supports respective one ends of brake shoes. A parking lever is pivotally moved by a drive unit operated by an electric motor for pushing the brake shoes toward the brake drum. The anchor portion and the drive unit are arranged to be piled up in the rotational axis direction of the brake drum which is spacious in comparison with the direction orthogonal to the rotational axis direction.

    摘要: In an electric parking brake device, the force line of a motion transmitting force at a contact portion between a motion transmitting member and an intervention member is located inside of an outer surface of an engaging portion between a screw shaft member and a nut member. Thus, when a linear motion of the screw shaft member causes the parking lever to pivotally move, no floating takes place at the engaging portion, so that a one-side hitting can be prevented at the engaging portion. Therefore, the parking lever can be pivotally moved smoothly. Further, one surface of the motion transmitting member contacting the intervention member takes a curved surface to suppress a slippage in the movement that the parking lever is pivotally moved. Therefore, the motion transmitting force by the motion transmitting member can be prevented from becoming an offset load, realizing a smooth pivot movement of the parking lever.

    摘要: An alternating current magnetic levitation transport system transporting a floating body made of conductive paramagnetic or nonmagnetic metallic material being levitated over alternating current electromagnets by making use of repulsion of an alternating electromagnetic field, comprises a tubular passage provided over the alternating current electromagnets which are spatially cut off from the outside wherein the floating body is levitated and transported. A cooling system made of a conjoined body of a thermoelectric cooling thermomodule and a liquid-cooled heat exchanger is provided in the transport system in contact with said tubular passage. This system can be favorably used in a clean environment where dust generation has to be avoided and the system can thereby provide more efficient transportation.
