    摘要: A magnetron having an anode cylinder, cooling fins fixed thereto, permanent magnets vertically superposed on the anode cylinder and a yoke, serving as a magnetic path, for surrounding these components. The cooling fins extend on the windward direction to facilitate a discharge of the air in the orthogonal direction to the air blowing direction by an arrangement such that an outer width of the fins and a width of the yoke or the former is equalized to a diameter of the anode cylinder. Also included are a dielectric heater having a heating space for accommodating materials for heating and a space for accommodating the magnetron, an inverter power supply and a cooling air blower. The cooling air is discharged to the heating space and/or to the outside via a vent hole formed in a partition wall after impinging on the anode cylinder while cooling the fins.

    摘要: In a liquid crystal display device comprising a first substrate having switching elements formed for respective pixel electrodes thereon and a second substrate having color filters and a common electrode formed on a main surface thereof, the present invention provides a plurality of columnar spacers formed on both areas of the second substrate inside and outside the common electrode, covers a group of the columnar spacers formed on the common electrode with an alignment film, and arranges another group of the columnar spacers formed around the common electrode at both sides of a sealing material sticking the first substrate and the second substrate to one another. According to the present invention, the group of the columnar spacers fixed to the second substrate with the alignment film firmly secures a gap between the first and second substrates in cooperation with the another group of the columnar spacers arranged so as to compensate for deformation of the sealing material.

    摘要: There is disclosed a transflective liquid crystal display having pixels each including a reflective region and a transmissive region. The aperture ratio of the pixels can be enhanced. End portions of two adjacent color filters are overlapped to form an optically shielding portion for each pixel. The optically shielding portion and the reflective region cooperate to form an optically shielding film acting as a black matrix for the transmissive region. The aperture ratio is enhanced by improving the positional relationship between the reflective regions and the color filters.
