    摘要: In a pair of mutually connectable terminals, one terminal is provided with a joint having a spherical surface formed on the outer circumferential surface, and the other terminal is provided with a hole into which the joint can be fitted. At least one of the joint and the hole is formed in a plate member which can be displaced elastically in the fitting direction of the joint and the hole. When the pair of terminals are connected, the joint touches the circumferential edge of the hole to displace the plate member elastically. When the joint is fitted in the hole, the plate member is reset elastically and holds the spherical surface of the joint under such a state as the spherical surface is pressed against the edge of the hole.

    摘要: A shield shell is composed of a tubular shell body made of a conductive resin and a metallic conductive body mounted in the shell body. The conductive body is capable of, in the base end part, connecting with a shielding member by being exposed on the surface of the shell body, while in the tip part, connecting with a shield case by being exposed on the surface of the shell body. The shielding member and the shield case are connected via the metallic conductive body of a low electric resistance, and thereby achieving excellent shielding performance in a low-frequency region in the shield shell.

    摘要: A connector connection structure includes: a female connector on a housing accommodating a dynamo-electric machine mounted in a vehicle; and a male connector shaped so as to be fitted into the female connector by inserting it with a force not smaller than a predetermined amount. The male connector includes a contact joinable with a contact of the female connector to be electrically connected, and a rod-like lever connected with the male connector via a fulcrum. The lever generates the force not smaller than a predetermined amount by applying, with its one end's position being restricted, a rotation force to the other end. The housing includes a protrusion for restricting the position of the one end.

    摘要: An underlying member 40 provided in a shield connector is fixed to a shielded wire 20 by caulking a first barrel portion 41 thereof, and fixed to a small diametered portion 31 of a rubber plug 30 by caulking a second barrel portion 42 thereof. Because the rubber plug 30 is thus fixed to the underlying member 40, the rubber plug 30 is made immovable with respect to the shielded wire 20 and will not drop out from an electric wire insertion inlet 18. With this structure, the rubber plug holder required in the related-art structure is unnecessary. Thus, the number of the components can be reduced and the assembling workability is improved.
