    摘要: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a honeycomb body (1) formed by winding a flat metal foil (3) and a corrugated metal foil (4) in layers and brazing them, capable of reducing the equipment cost of honeycomb body manufacturing facilities and conforming to the countermeasure against an engine misfire problem of the honeycomb body, without causing insufficient or excessive application of adhesive which is seen in the cases of adhesive application methods using rolls; and relates to a method of manufacturing a honeycomb body characterized by: applying an adhesive to the portions to be brazed of the flat or corrugated foil corresponding to a bonding portion (17) which is located at one or both ends of the honeycomb body and/or a bonding portion (18) inside the honeycomb body over a cross section which is located away from one or both ends thereof in the axial direction; then, winding the flat and corrugated foils in layers to form a honeycomb body; then, making the portion of one or both end faces of the honeycomb body corresponding to the bonding portion (16) over the full axial length of the honeycomb body outer layers contact the surface of a liquid binder and having the binder sucked up along contact lines (5) of the flat and corrugated foils; and, then, feeding a brazing filler metal in powder to the honeycomb body so as to have it deposited at the portions where the adhesive and binder have been deposited.

    摘要: Magnetic resistive elements 4 and 5 cooperatively detect the change of the magnetic field responsive to the rotation of a gear 2 fixed to a shaft 1. An amplification circuit 6 comprises an operational amplifier 7 having an input terminal to which a gain-determining input resistor 8 is connected. A gain-determining feedback resistor 9 is provided in a feedback path of the operational amplifier 7. The gain-determining resistors 8 and 9 are formed by a P well region and a P+ region of a MOS process element. The temperature characteristics of the gain-determining resistor 8 and 9 are opposed to that of the magnetic resistive elements 4 and 5. The temperature characteristics of the gain of the operational amplifier 7 cancel the temperature characteristics of the magnetic resistive elements 4 and 5.

    摘要: A pair of C-shaped magnets are fitted to a resin holder and inserted as a unit into a cup-shaped motor case. The resin holder has a diameter that is slightly greater than the inside diameter of the motor case, but includes resilient elements that are compressible during insertion of the resin holder and the magnets. After insertion the resilient elements urge the resin holder and the magnets into frictional contact with the inside of the motor case, thereby retaining the magnets in place without the need for adhesive. A U-shaped groove in the resin holder is engaged by a positioning projection in the motor case to establish the rotational positioning of the resin holder and thereby the rotational positioning of the C-shaped magnets. A rotor is rotationally fixed in the motor case on a shaft which rotates in the motor case at one end and in a bracket covering the open end of the motor case at the other end.

A tapered surface of a rotary pressing tool is pressed, while rotating, to the hollow cylindrical molding to heat and soften the hollow cylindrical molding, causing the hollow cylindrical molding of the bearing metal material to plastically flow axially and radially outward, whereby a bearing metal layer is directly joined and formed on the inner surface of the large end hole.

The hollow cylindrical stem has a pressure-sensitive flexible diaphragm at a first axial end thereof and an opening at a second axial end thereof, the opening for transmitting pressure into the stem. The sensor chip is provided on the diaphragm for outputting an electrical signal in proportion to the deformation of the diaphragm. The wiring board electrically connects the sensor chip to an external circuit. The wiring board is located around the sensor chip on the first axial end of the stem.
