    摘要: A highly reliable nonreciprocal circuit device facilitating incorporation of matching capacitors and a communication apparatus incorporating the same are disclosed. In the nonreciprocal circuit device, central conductors are integrally extended from a ground plate abutting on the bottom of a ferrite plate to be mutually crossed on the upper surface of the ferrite plate via an insulation sheet after passing over the side surfaces of the ferrite plate. Matching capacitors are connected by soldering between capacitor-connecting terminals integrally extended from the ground plate and the ports of the central conductors in such a manner that electrode surfaces of the matching capacitors are set perpendicularly with respect to a main surface of the ferrite plate.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a non-reciprocal component including a casing having an input/output terminal and a ground terminal formed therein, a ferrite plate, a line conductor, and a magnet disposed in the casing, and an upper yoke and a lower yoke provided at the top face and the bottom face of the casing, respectively. In the non-reciprocal component, the casing is insert-molded with the lower yoke so that a portion of the casing penetrates through the lower yoke. A side of the component is defined partly by the lower yoke and partly by the penetrating portion of the casing. An input/output terminal and a ground terminal in the casing are defined by respective portions of a molded hoop material.

    摘要: A nonreciprocal circuit device including a metal case through which a high frequency current is difficult to flow, and a communication apparatus incorporating the nonreciprocal circuit device. The cross section of the metal case has a rectangular-frame shape formed by inwardly bending a substantially rectangular metal plate at four positions at angles of 90 degrees in parallel to the short edges of the metal plate. The top ends of two arms of the metal case are opposed to each other at a specified distance. As a result, the metal case does not form a loop around a permanent magnet and a central electrode assembly.

    摘要: A two-port isolator includes a metal case having an upper metal case portion and a lower metal case portion, a resin case integrated with the case, a permanent magnet member, a center electrode assembly including a ferrite member and center electrodes, and a laminated base. The intersection angle between the first and second center electrodes is adjusted to be different from about 90 degrees. The input admittance of an input port has a complex conjugate relationship with an external circuit. The intersection angle represents an angle at which the center lines of the outermost widths of the center electrodes intersect with each other. In other words, the intersection angle represents an angle of an end of the first center electrode with respect to the input port and an angle of an end of the second center electrode with respect to a ground port.
