摘要： A key input apparatus is provided with a plurality of input operation keys and a time signal generating circuit which in correspondence to the number of these input keys performs a step operation to generate in turn a different timing signal. Input signals produced by actuation of the input operation keys pass through a group of first AND gates in synchronism with the corresponding timing signals generated from the timing signal generating circuit. A shift register having bits corresponding in number to the gates of the group of first AND gates receives the output signal of the AND gates via an OR gate. The output signal from the OR gate is applied to one input terminal of a second AND gate of which the other input terminal is coupled with the last bit position of the shift register through an inverter. The outputting operation of the second AND gate is controlled by the shift register and inverter. The respective signals due to the actuation of the input keys are produced in synchronism with the corresponding timing signals from the timing signal generating circuit.

摘要： An electronic timepiece which comprises a time-counter for counting a number of reference clock pulses issued from a reference oscillator; a control circuit for controlling the selection of various functions; a display device for displaying count values corresponding to the various functions; and at least two independently provided manually operative switching devices. The condition in which the at least two switching devices are jointly operated is detected by an AND circuit. The period of time during which the AND circuit continues to send forth an output signal indicating the joint operation of the two switching devices is measured and a function-designating circuit specifies that one of the various functions instructed by the control circuit which corresponds to the measured period of time of joint operation of the two switching devices. Any function specified by the function-designating circuit is carried out by one of the at least two switching devices.

Collation is made after readout between at least a specified word selected from among a plurality of words included in the respective record data previously written in the electronic memory device and the corresponding specified word included in said plural record data subsequently written in the electronic memory device in order to ascertain whether said specified word has already been correctly written in the electronic memory device. A data certifying the correct entry of initial input is written in the electronic memory device after said correct entry has been provided by collation. When a series of record data finally read out from the electronic memory device is transmitted to the following data-processing device, the certifying data is used to determine whether the initial input data has been correctly written in the memory device.

摘要： A printing device for printing on a recording paper a plurality of unit record data, each unit record data comprising a plurality of data words, in such a tabulation that the word data of each of the unit record datum are printed in respective columns so as to form a line and so as to be vertically aligned with the work data of another unit record data to be printed in the same column. The printing device comprises a data memory means for storing coded information comprised of a plurality of serially arranged unit record data, counter means for counting the number of digits of each of the word datum as the unit record data are read out from the data memory means one after another, and column width memory means for storing the number of digits of each of the word datum of any of the unit record datum which have been counted by the counter means and which define the width of the column on the recording paper. Further provided is a comparator means for comparing the number of digits in each of the word datum in any record datum which is stored in the column width memory means with that of the word datum in the next unit record datum to be printed in the same column. A column width rewriting means is provided for writing into the column width memory means, in place of the number of digits of each word datum in any unit record datum, the number of digits of the word datum in the next unit record data to be printed in the same column if the latter is found by the comparator means to be larger than the former. Printing means is further provided for printing the data in said data memory means and in accordance with the information stored in the column width memory means for printing the unit data records in columns on the recording paper.
