Furthermore, the lower arm is attached to the central projecting portion of the lower support assembly, while a Y-axis guide guided by a Y-axis guide rail of a Y-axis guiding mechanism, for example, is attached to the bottom surface of the proximal portion of the lower support assembly. Then the proximal portion and a bottom surface of the column are connected by bolts.
