    摘要： An apparatus and method for installing an air bag module for an air bag system equipped in an automotive vehicle for preventing injuries to passengers in a passenger compartment of the automotive vehicle. The system includes an air bag module located to face a passenger in the passenger compartment, a controller mounted to the body of the automotive vehicle for controlling the air bag module and an electrical harness wire for transmitting signals for controlling the module. This harness wire is connected at one end to the air bag module and at the other end to the controller. A flexible temporary holding band for connecting the air bag module is detachably mounted on a hook provided in the passenger compartment. The length of the temporary holding band is determined to be short enough so that the harness wire is still loose even when the temporary holding band is put under strain.

The device includes a toilet seat cover which holds a plurality of toilet seat sanitary covers, and means for clamping a sanitary cover. The means for clamping are disposed at an end of the toilet seat and clamps a portion of a toilet seat sanitary cover when the toilet seat cover and the toilet seat make contact. The act of closing the toilet seat cover clamps a toilet seat sanitary cover kept inside the toilet seat cover and positions it on the toilet seat.

According to this communication system, when a terminal (104) becomes able to communicate with a network usage terminal (101) and is about to use the Internet via the network usage terminal (101), it transmits the authentication information of its user (B), and the network usage terminal (101) then transmits the authentication information of its owner (A) and the received authentication information of the user (B) to an authentication server (105). If a result of authentication is OK, the network usage terminal (101) relays the communication of the terminal (104) to the Internet (103), thereby permitting the terminal (104) to use the Internet.
