    摘要: A compressor for suppressing leakage of lubricating oil has a casing, a motor and a scroll mechanism coupled to the motor by a drive shaft. The drive shaft is rotatably supported by a bearing. The lubricating oil is supplied between the drive shaft and the bearing. An oil collecting portion is formed at an end portion in the axis direction of a bearing portion. The bearing portion is constituted of an outer peripheral surface of the drive shaft and an inner peripheral surface of the bearing. The oil collecting portion includes an oil groove formed in the periphery direction of the drive shaft. An oil passage is formed to conduct the lubricating oil into the oil collecting portion.

Lubricating oil is separated out from high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the compression mechanism. Lubricating oil separated out by the oil separator flows from a high-pressure space formed in the interior of the casing and into which the high-pressure refrigerant flows. An ejector mechanism is disposed in the interior of the casing, preferably in the high-pressure space. The ejector mechanism includes a refrigerant-accelerating flow path in which the high-pressure refrigerant flows via a narrowed part in order to increase a flow rate of the high-pressure refrigerant, and an oil suction flow path merging with the refrigerant-accelerating flow path.

An oil collecting portion (47) is formed at an end portion in the axis direction of the a bearing portion (45) constituted of an outer peripheral surface of the drive shaft (11) and an inner peripheral surface of the bearing (41), which includes an oil groove (51) formed in the periphery direction thereof. An oil passage (49) is formed at the bearing (41). One end of the oil passage (49) is connected to the oil collecting portion (47), while the other end of the oil passage (49) opens at a covered surface of the bearing (41).

    摘要: Formed in a scroll type compression mechanism is a connection passageway with a discharge opening through which refrigerant compressed by the compression mechanism flows out into a clearance space defined between the compression mechanism and a drive motor. A muffler space in communication with the connection passageway that is configured to reduce operating noise is formed in the compression mechanism. A motor cooling passageway configured to circulate working fluid which has flowed out into the clearance space is formed between the drive motor and an inner surface area of a casing. A guide plate is disposed in the clearance space. Formed in the guide plate is a flow dividing concave portion which causes a part of refrigerant flowing toward the motor cooling passageway to be distributed in a circumferential direction and toward an internal end of a discharge pipe located in the clearance space.

    摘要: A blade (8) partitioning a cylinder chamber (41) within a cylinder (4) into a compression chamber (X) and a suction chamber (Y) is integrated with a roller (7) so as to protrude radially outwardly of the roller (7). A circular support member (11) having a receiving recess (11a) for receiving the tip of the blade (8) is rotatably provided on the cylinder (4). The roller (7) is rotated with respect to an eccentric shaft portion of a driving shaft (22) to which the roller (7) is fitted and normally fed with lubricating oil. By this arrangement, relative movement between the blade (8) and the roller (7) is eliminated so that power loss due to friction which would be caused by the relative movement can be reduced. Besides, gas leak from the rear chamber of the blade (8) to the suction chamber (Y) and the compression chamber (X) can be eliminated. Also, gas leak from the compression chamber (X) to the suction chamber (Y) can be reduced. Thus, volume efficiency and indication efficiency can be increased.
