摘要: The present invention is a method of sealing a metal vacuum structure (vacuum bottle) for evacuating a space S closed by component members (an inner shell 2 and an outer shell 3) through an evacuation port and then sealing the evacuation port. Forming a brazing-material placing recess 6 in one of the component members, the brazing-material placing recess opening downward when the structure is set for evacuation; forming an aperture 7 in the brazing-material placing recess; placing brazing material, in molten state, in the brazing-material placing recess in such a way as to block the aperture and fixing the brazing material; forming an evacuation port 8a in the brazing material; fixing a drop preventing member 9 having a through hole 11 on the component member in opposed relation to the brazing material; evacuating the space closed by the component members through the evacuation port of the brazing material; melting the brazing material; and making the evacuation port disappear to seal it by melting the brazing material as the drop preventing member prevents the brazing material from dropping.

摘要: A vacuum storage device comprises a closed vessel for storing food with an air exhaust port provided with a check valve, and a pressure reducing device for drawing out air in the closed vessel with a suction port, either of the closed vessel or the pressure reducing device being provided with structure for hermetically connecting the suction port of the pressure reducing device to the air exhaust port of the closed vessel, the pressure reducing device and closed vessel being removably and hermetically connected to one another by mounting the former on the latter or vice versa.

摘要: A pumping device for a liquid container comprises a bellows body with upper and lower plates. The upper plate has a suction port adapted to be communicated with the atmosphere, , and the lower plate has an exhaust port adapted to be communicated with an interior of the liquid container a suction valve is adapted to open and close the suction port; and a bellows return spring is adapted to expand the bellows body. A stop valve assembly is arranged in the bellows body and forms a bypath for communicating the interior of the bellows body with the interior of the container. The stop valve assembly comprises a flap valve adapted to allow the air only to flow from the bellows pump to the container through to air port during operation of the bellows body, and a valve structure for closing the bypath, the valve structure being operated under the conditions synchronized with contraction and expansion motion of the bellows body in such a manner that is closes the bypath just after starting the contraction of the bellows body but opens the same just before finishing the expansion of the bellows body. The stop valve assembly may be replaced with one comprising a case having a main path and a bypath for communicating the interior of the bellows body with the interior of the container, a stop valve arranged in the main path so that it allows the air only to flow from the bellows body to the container, a valve structure arranged in the bypath, and a device for operating the valve structure.

摘要: There is disclosed a vacuum bottle with a bellows pump adapted to feed air into the interior of the inner bottle to increase the internal pressure therein, thereby pouring the liquid in the inner bottle therefrom through the pumping tube and pouring tube.The bellows pump comprises a bellows body integrally molded with a bottom having an air outlet, a return spring arranged in the bellows body, a bellows cap movably mounted in an air inlet formed at the central portion of an upper plate of the bellows body, and an externally threaded cylindrical fixing member having an upper flange and being provided with an air tube at its bottom, the fixing member being inserted in the air outlet of the bellows body and screwed in an internally threaded bore provided in the bottom of the lid body so as to place an internal edge of the bottom of the bellows body forming the air outlet between the upper flange of the fixing member and the bottom of the lid body, thereby incorporating the bellows pump as an integral part of the lid body, the return spring being placed between said bellows cap and the fixing member. The vacuum bottle of the above construction is easy in assembly operation and excellent in durability.
